If you tense up your whole body you can easily press a lot of blood to your head and instantly go red like that and with some practice you can learn exactly which muscles you need to tense up so you can do it while moving naturally as opposed to visibly locking up.
Her movements in the video look very smooth and almost exaggerated, so it's likely genuine embarassment, but that can absolutely be artificially replicated with some practice.
