if you're willing to cook you can make way better meals for yourself for the same price. just have to shop smarter. beans are dirt cheap and pretty nutritious. if you have an oven, bread is relatively easy to make and tastes way better than the goyslop they have at the supermarket.

I eat eggs, mild cheddar, ground beef or any beef I can afford, avocados, sea salt some fish (wild salmon) and some chicken (almost any fatty meat I can find). Not too much chicken or lean protein, and when it can be afforded, wild caught, organic, non-gmo. We all gotta start somewhere but the benefits far outweigh the innitial cost for me. And only eating twice a day without snacks makes it even more affordable thanks for asking!
