Great video! How do you get the bot to refer to something later on in the call? For example if you asked for the caller's business name, how do you get the bot to say the business name in the response? I saw within your video reference to the use of square brackets. If you have used the Update Field action could you use the HL field reference? If you can, what would happen if the field is blank, what would the bot say? Thanks
@@lekkerwinetours thank you! The bot is pretty intuitive so it the business name is referenced early in the call, it will actually go back and reference that. I tested it the other day with a couple of different contact field options and it was able to repeat them back to me. I have another video that I will be releasing after training a couple of other bots as well.
