I've been playing through the Famicom games in chronological order, thought of doing a UA-cam series about them, then discovered your channel and found you started the exact same idea before me. :) I started because I'm hacking them to translate into English, I can give you the link to my forum thread if you're interested. Enjoying your vids, though you've missed a few: the two ROB games (understandable), Hon Shougi - Naitou 9 Dan Shougi Hiden (which I've translated), Exed Exes, and Pachi Com. You've done a good job of cataloguing everything to this point, it'd be a pity to miss those. :) Keep it up!
Psyklax Thanks a lot! I skipped those games because they aren't worth producing a video that'll end up just being around a minute long since I have no knowledge of shogi or mahjong or whatever And the ROB games I skipped because you need a peripheral to fully experience them
I didn't know about shougi until I translated it. :) You can get my English patch from my website (Google my username) and the text file explains the game briefly. And how about Exed Exes and Pachi Com? Also, I know you need ROB but they can still be mentioned. You could combine them in one video like you did with Gomoku Narabe Renju and Mahjong - both of which I've translated. :) It's your channel, of course.
Psyklax Exed Exes is in a few episodes, I'm gonna group Pachicom in the Japanese Amusement Genre in that there really isn't much I can say that wouldn't make a long episode. The thing about ROB is that there are plenty of videos on him and his purpose. I'll probably explain why I didn't review certain games in a future video when I finish the rest of 1985 Also thanks for the translation website I'll be sure to use it in the future
Yeah, AVGN covered ROB pretty thoroughly, with the real thing. And I agree that Pachi Com has very little to say about it, given it's pachinko (even worse than shougi and mahjong :) ).
There's actually a third problem: you can't continue after a game over unless you put in the password!! Why not have a third separate "password" option on the title screen and have "continue" just start your previous game where it last was?

The balloons only come out of the exit, if you detonate a bomb next to it.
