Back in the early 1980s My sister and her husband lived in the town of Rico. Funny thing, My brother inlaw was Fire Chief and my sister was asst. Fire Chief. That Meant My Brother Inlaw had to cut down and set up the Christmas tree for the town and my sister had to decorate it!
