Organizing day in Waterville

June 18 2024 I spent with a literature table at the Waterville Post Office. One of the guys from the Socialist movement I met at the recent Israel protests said he wanted to talk with me but cowardly ghosted our meeting. From what he said earlier, he's more concerned about the gossipers in his little clique rather than stopping WW3.

Believe me people of this area know you are there. They rather suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, right? They are depressed. They have no concept of joy or hope for the future. They are depressed. They are so plugged into identity politics and find it hard to break from it. The simile of the cave was always a good polemic.
