This is what I never understand about recruiting; how do Jacob Parker and Jahmal Sam not have any stars? They're not really on any recruiting radar, at least not for FBS teams. Is there really 129 teams who can confidently say that neither of these two players would improve them?

Sam's definitely on recruiting radars, he's a 3-star on 247 (the best recruiting service imo) and committed to UL in July, had offers from about 10 or 15 schools. I'm sure FBS teams just look at Parker as too small to contribute as a DL but I'd think a few DII or NAIA schools would offer him at some point if hey haven't already.
