When the target's health is below 50 so when 1 slice misses ur basically unlucky. Technically you can only one shot squishy charactes like marksmen or mages cuz thane doesnt have items...thats why u can one shot him

Try Zanis' ult there is a certain build which its a one hit KO on the AI, red buff + dark slayer + first skill then SS. His first is a passive tho so it doesnt count as a 2 hit KO, btw the Zanis' crit is 4k, just sayin if you wanna try it :3

They put the first skill of akai in Third skill which means it's a SS(ULTI) (Ml player, no hates.. Sorry if you don't understand what SS means it means SUPER SKILL I'm also a dota player and LoL)
tried it.... there is no possibility in AoV you can 1 hit an opponent with full build enemies.. hp will increase, armor will increase.. but with your full damage build(fenrir tooth build) max damage output will only reach 2.9k+ damage. but if you mix with armor penetration and critical hit chance. you sacrifice damage. for the mage type.. full holy of hollies build raises damage of your skill reaching damage to 3k+ magic damage. for the sake of experiment, the environment is on controlled state. we can achieve what we are aiming for.. and that is 1 hit k.o.
You are comparing physical damage to Magic damage... Thats not fair, bad compared. Also you use wrong equipment to compare. The passive of equipment cant be used by any except Nakroth. Wrong contrast.
I have Raz and Raz is a good assassin, i think better then Butterfly... Why? Raz make them can't moves or attack cause they Will die firstly... Skill 2 make slowed, skill 1 then skill 3

Butterfly is effective by using all her skills after the ulti. If you try that with the same things, she should be able to KO Thane.

no hero has a 1 HIT K.O because bots can BUILD now and the DARK SLAYER buff is not the same because of the UPDATE
I use Red Buff for bleeding not for the increase damage. And the Bleeding only activates in basic attacks, I think.
