How stunning that these owners have incorporated Aboriginal art into their home and project. THIS decision is sooo refreshing to see, vs many projects utilise the same boring colour palettes and designs. Hats off to your team.
A magnificent home that threatens to be 'square' from the outside and turns out to be warm and inviting on the inside. A beautiful place with the lovely Red Hill surrounds as your gallery through those windows. Grand in fact without the grand bling. A beautiful big pool and tennis court would have made it even better.
Remarkably elegant, and surprisingly, nothing interrupts the overall experience of the architecture. The concrete roof is spectacular. I’d love to see it! What a perfect balance between innovation and restraint.
An amazing house and video. Anyone else notice the Frank Lloyd Wright style bricks? Kudos local project. Can we talk about who designed that breathtaking landscape design?
Love this house. What I don't get, and maybe it's just a misinterpretation, but the architect says the roof is his favorite element of the design, and there are a ton of great drone shots of the exterior, but on the Webster website, the gallery for the house has virtually no great aerial shots of the house. I'd also love to see a plan view to get the layout clearly in my mind.
The landscape design does and doesnt integrate with the house form. The singular forms of the roof dont talk to the bands of plantings and very organic design much and the mounding could have better integrated with the entry. Where is the wind shelter, one of two main design issues?
Very beautiful! But in my opinion the pool is in a rather strange place. It is logical if the pool is located in front of the recreation area, where people can have a snack or drink a cocktail in company and take a dip in the water.
Insanely rich people building Holliday homes that supposedly should be “sustainable “ No sustainable is to be not building a secondary home in the middle of nature, make this make sense
Nice and prominent home with abundant exposure and views of the landscape. It does give the vibe of the typical luxury home on the hill in a Hollywood movie that gets besieged by robbers or one that is stalked by an unrelenting killer.
I'm not sure the massive glass-walled wine closet directly in the primary suite will age particularly well as a design choice. But despite that particularly peculiar foray into the glass wine closet fad, I like that most of the design tries to avoid contemporary trends that are more likely to be short-lived.
With such thoughts you limit the potential of every person’s right to create wealth from all kinds of possibilities. Who knows, perhaps they have several streams of income or there are multiple owners . . . ?
Does it have any solar panels? It just seems like such a waste if not. If you are able to afford this design and not have solar panels on it would make me upset. Like rich people who do not know how to spend their money and not participating their part when it comes to climate change.
How very assumptive of you to think you should know how people should spend their money on what they spend it on. You don't know what their involvement in climate change is. And frankly it's none of your business.
Amazing video, you work for 40yrs to have $1M in your retirement, meanwhile some people are putting just $10K into trading from just few months ago and now they are multimillionaires
Hello, I am very interested. As you know, there are tons of investments out there and without solid knowledge, I can't decide what is best. Can you explain further how you invest and earn?
Same, I operate a wide- range of Investments with help from My Financial Adviser. My advice is to get a professional who will help you, plan and enhance your management skills. For the record, working with Ann Marie strunk, has been an amazing experience.
I'm favoured, $90K every week! I can now give back to the locals in my community and also support God's work and the church. God bless America,, all thanks to Ms Ann Marie strunk😊
Australia’s most breathtaking holiday home” - hmmm who decided that was a suitable title??? - a bit self congratulatory- I think not, there are dozens of significantly nicer buildings, with better views and landscapes using more interesting materials.
Irrespective of how lovely this home is, there is something fundamentally wrong when we have record homelessness and this is just a holiday home. Really have to wonder at the priorities on show here.
Thats the most part for me also is concrete ,insulation ,and concrete again? How were the formworks done for the concrete etc the rest is I mean as an architect obvious and not so interesting to me and yet they paid the least attention to the roof
The landscaping seems totally overdone. It's also inconsistent with the style of the house. Once those plants grow, half of them will have to be removed. The planting beds look like piped frosting. I'm quite surprised to see this flaw in design, given the normally exemplary work of Australian landscape architects.

@@TheLocalProject😅 YOU ARE GOD🙏 I WISH I COULD WORK UNDER YOU GUYS AS AN EXT- INT DESIGNER...BUT I KNOW ITS JUST A FANTACY...🤗🤩

Stunning design and execution.

Or maybe, it would have wrecked it?
Remarkably elegant, and surprisingly, nothing interrupts the overall experience of the architecture. The concrete roof is spectacular. I’d love to see it! What a perfect balance between innovation and restraint.
Love the straight Beams above the exterior doors -Makes it dramatic and accentuates the length! Brilliant work
I would've preferred the roof to be a flower garden
Kudos to a beautiful home. Landscaping is truly magnificent!
Agreed, I'd love to see more of that hillside rockery rising up behind the home.
the range rover ads are a little excessive.... enough unused holiday homes... Love the garden on this one though
An amazing house and video. Anyone else notice the Frank Lloyd Wright style bricks? Kudos local project. Can we talk about who designed that breathtaking landscape design?
Beautiful, timeless architecture. Reminds me of the Mies van der Rohe Pavilion in Barcelona, Spain.
Spectacular project !
How I wish The Local Project would include a plan of these houses
Totally agree 💯 @thelocalproject 🙏🙏
Spectacular
An architect that doesnt use unnecessarly over descriptive words in every sentence!!!! Crazy!
Excellent design.
Thank you!
Super les voies françaises, merci beaucoup ! ❤
Beautiful. Except I see a neighbor’s house so close by.
A great Range Rover commercial masked as home tour!
So beautiful! I wish your videos were longer, with mores details and also include floor plans. Love this channel! ❤
Smashing roof line, beautiful interiors
Nice house but the garden design is the star
Agreed. Awesome landscaping.
An intriguing X shape, love the brickwork and the corridor from the entrance towards the bay.
I love you ❤ Tha local project you guys are awesome ❤

Is the exterior patio a genuine rough terrazzo? The exterior patio @3:22ff looks like it seamlessly matches the interior floor @3:55ff.
amazing
finally a new video, been waiting since forever
Stunning
That is really beautiful. Many thanks for your video.
Greetings from Vietnam.
Good video
Great!

cost is probably 3 gazillion dollars
4 gazillion dollars actually! Inflation 😂😂
Why? For me it's enough. I think it's 4 or 5 millions USD.
@@coffeemovie3794 ye very cheap :D
Beautiful car ☺️
That roof is ridiculous, good
Elegant
The owners of this holiday home must have old money because this whole property screams class and refined taste. Stunning.
Green roof ftw...
Hola. Quiero saber que material es el que usan para forrar la mampostería y puertas del garage que se ven en el minuto 2:05
This is so cool 😍
Truly worth visiting. Australia has a lot of good things to offer. ❤❤
🤩🤩🤩
The brickwork has some FLLW influence for sure!
Stunning home, very well executed and easy on the eyes. Love to be there during a stormy day and night. Cheers!
We're glad you enjoyed it!
How does the draining on such a roof work? Just curious 🙂
The trees are nice!
Who can help me find the tune playing in the background of the video?
Insanely rich people building Holliday homes that supposedly should be “sustainable “ No sustainable is to be not building a secondary home in the middle of nature, make this make sense
It isn't in the middle of nature. It's adjacent a working winery. Hope that makes sense.
Nice and prominent home with abundant exposure and views of the landscape. It does give the vibe of the typical luxury home on the hill in a Hollywood movie that gets besieged by robbers or one that is stalked by an unrelenting killer.
This isn't a holiday home it's a primary residence.
Who did the glazing, this is stunning!

The owners can’t be public school teachers that's all I know 🥲
With such thoughts you limit the potential of every person’s right to create wealth from all kinds of possibilities. Who knows, perhaps they have several streams of income or there are multiple owners . . . ?
Or their parents were loaded.
@@kylasworldview1 I'm limiting people's 'right to create wealth'? What are you on about lol

X-shape? It's more like the Hebrew letter Aleph
I love the house.

Waking up every 14th of each month to $210,000 it's a blessing to I and my family... Big gratitude to Ann Marie strunk🙌🏼

House is too confrontational ;)
Australia’s most breathtaking holiday home” - hmmm who decided that was a suitable title??? - a bit self congratulatory- I think not, there are dozens of significantly nicer buildings, with better views and landscapes using more interesting materials.
Agreed!... A title like that is just setting yourself up so people can try to find a reason to knock you down.
Irrespective of how lovely this home is, there is something fundamentally wrong when we have record homelessness and this is just a holiday home. Really have to wonder at the priorities on show here.
Good grief, get a grip.
Where is the pool fam?
A concreting expert needs to tell HOW those rooflines were done.
Thats the most part for me also is concrete ,insulation ,and concrete again? How were the formworks done for the concrete etc the rest is I mean as an architect obvious and not so interesting to me and yet they paid the least attention to the roof
not very cosy.
Stunning views to the sea. The rest? Disappointing.
No floor plan. Again. Nice.

Beautiful details truly ... But it's boring..sorry
Lovely home, but the landscaping is too contrived. It looks like a paramecium. 🦠
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
