What is a Photograph?

A philosophical discussion on the boundaries of photography featuring panelists Bella Capezio, Christine Mc Fetridge-Read, Jacob Raupach and Teva Cosic.
What is a Photograph? Is it something made with a camera, or more simply, something made with light? Can a photograph be made with no light at all? Is it something physical or can a photograph also be ephemeral and intangible?
This presentation will not aim to answer this question, but instead talk about the many iterations a photograph can take. It will talk about the definitions of photography and how these concepts can be stretched, using examples from historical and contemporary practitioners who challenge the notion of what can be considered photographic.
