I can't stop listening to this live play again, I used to have the cassette in the 80's to remembered I got it from my Uncle Bros Fatai Alarape.
How i wish he can still release an album with all these old percussions. This digital world has changed the originality in their songs

This live play was done in Lagos island for Dr Oladipupo party in honour of his late father.. It was in late 1970s.... It was recorded by Giwanson tagged(........ Sunny live 1)

They live Play was by King Sunny Ade. As a matter of fact, I was at the event in the late 70's....It doesn't sound like Dele Abiodun at all

I have heard all king sunny Ade live and record...I have not seen this ....wow loving this .... the sound of the strings it's so amazing...I love sunny Ade live especially live in 70s and 80 s..so much...pls can we have more.

The quality &style of play by sunny @ this time was just phenomenal,if i was to guess the time i would put this around 1978/79 judging by the texture and the tracks played.
