BX is leaked to be continuing and next year we'll be getting the CX line. So it seems like TT will be releasing BX, UX, and CX simultaniously at least through March. It seems that as TT is taking a differnet approach to beyblades this time around, where instead of replacing one kind of bey entirely they're just adding to the meta more spread out. This more or less just means that beys that have certain characteristics will be classified as a specific line. So any bey that has no special features will be BX vs beys with gimmicky blades will be released as UX and then my best guess is that bey with some kind of mode change will be CX. This is common in sports where a company will release different silos of a similar product (think shoes or cleats).
I will add that I'm aware that theres a bunch of UX beys without blade gimmicks like Pegasus, Rod, and Hammer, but I think those were transitional blades more than anything else, bc since then all UX beys have has some kind of blade based gimmick
this makes me happy because even though I loved burst, it would always make me sad that we're moving into the next system. Like damn I felt like I didn't get much time to revel in any one system cuz they would change it yearly
@@jliong128 Do they? If they do they don't have more of a gimmick than BX beys. Hammer is supposed have down attack which isnt exactly a gimmick, rod is a circle with all its weight on the outside which is the case with all UX beys, and idk what Pegasus's gimmick is other than looking cool, its literally just a three bladed attacker. If you're referring to the plastic prongs or "specialized" blade shape as a gimmick, then by that metric all BX beys have the gimmick of metal prongs and "specialized" blade shapes. I more so mean some difference in the blade that is unique or generally does not widely appear on other beys. Things like Crest's double layer, Samurai's retractable blades, Mail's balls, Wolf's free spin wheel, etc. (I am kinda breaking my rule and counting Buster's super imbalanced shape bc so far that kind of shape only appears on it).
TP mid battle mode change typically occurs from high mode to low mode, rarely will you have it go from low to high. another thing that TP has going for it is the it's a fusion of the non existent HP and LP bits, see LF or HT meaning if you want the -1 mm on point it's the bit for your combo like imagine Shark with actual stamina.
I’m excited for the bey. Solely cuz I’ve been rocking the “Crimson” in my name in my Bey and TCG teams for years now. So Garuda is definitely my new bey partner to represent me lol. I was hoping it’d be at least a clean 35 grams but I’ll have to make it work. As for TP, idk how consistent that height change is gonna be but P is my favorite bit so if anything, I’ll just use it as another P lol
I am thinking TP is supposed to be sort of like the burst era dimension or xtend driver, where you have the option to switch it manually in between battles.
Think you're definitely meant to start in high mode and then collision pushes it off the rounded edge, drops it lower, and gives it a speed boost and possibly stability recovery when the stance lowers. That's my speculation on the concept. Like how Aquarius has the transitional bit during metal fight where it could be ball like when raised or more similar to the old hollow point with the lower stance.
Personally, I would be more interested in the trans gimmick if it was on a needle or ball. Seems like something that would mostly benefit Defense and maybe Stamina.
pretty intreresting seeing you try out rudder 3-60 dot ive had some success with 5-70 dot myself as a sort of a counter defense build but my locals is relatively casual. how has 3-60 been working for you?
that 4-70 would be happily used on Tyranobeat tbh And if you ask how is it balance? Look at the blade, both blade had shield and attack blade, and its sort of like how Sharkedge and kinda like unicorn, beside look like it would be another counter-stamina hybrid as well like unicorn And btw, you can just throw away black shell and put it on the museum, that thing couldnt work except if you put low flat on it
Hm. Y'know when you watch a stock Bey and you can tell there might be something there, a hidden nugget of potential, but people just need to find the right combo for it to bring it out? Yeah, I don't think I'm sensing much from Garuda, based on the video. Like, I get the feeling this will be another middling bey. I honestly get that from Samurai Saber a little bit, too. I know it's early days, I hate to come across as negative, and more than happy to be proven wrong in the future if killer combos for both blades do in fact get discovered. I really like what's been released recently. I think Silver Wolf and the new Knight Mail line up perfectly with Rudder as very good Stamina options. Each one makes a very strong case for being your Stamina pick in your deck. And of course, there's Rod. But with Attack being so chocked full of already top beys, I'm struggling to think of a place for Garuda in all of it. Even as a Balance type, there's better options. So it's a tricky one. If you want it to complete your Plastic Gen homages then fair enough, but if you're like me, who's kinda got their deck sorted and is maybe shopping for improvements and alternatives, I think I'm good until December rolls around.
Are you sure that you set up the TP properly? I have seen other videos where TP is supposed to start in the taller setting and it drops to the lower setting after an impact or X dash. The videos I saw could be mistaken though.
The other video I seen is that it start low, but goes high when hitting X rail. It will then, maintain high until it hit something, which reset it back to low.
I'm not sure it's supposed to change height during battle... I was under the impression you decide which height then launch at that height. So you can decide between rounds what height would be best
Personally I the trans point is still dope because point is a good bit even if the gimmick doesn’t work at least you get another point you can use in a deck.
I don't think UX is meant like that. It's essentially still BX, but the blade is made with the plastic in the center, and there's often a slight gimmick associated. BX line is just a little too dull in comparison, so I'd like to shift to UX more.
@Xel_games it doesn't matter. There are no rules that dictate what should and shouldn't be a reference. We can have multiple beys that Shera a motif. It's up to TT to decide what is and isn't. Simple as that.
Bro... finally getting to watch this, why are all you beytubers ALWAYS so negative and seem like you don't want to collect. Like all of you seem to have a bug up your asses about SOMETHING. "Too many releases in a short amount of time" "this blade has me worried" "i'm not really into this bey" like just stop talking about this stuff if you're all so pessemistic. Also all the gimmick tips have actually worked out. Stop acting like the X component haven't all worked..... like damn just stop collecting if you aren't into the fun stuff.

@nizumablader they aren't giving constructive critique on meta.... they are just complaining about design, how they aren't into how they look, how they don't care for the gimmicks even though the "gimmicks" actually work. It doesn't mTter if you are a CoMpEtItIvE pLaYeR, you can show a little love for the beys themselves....
@nizumablader you especially, you always seem bummed, never seem happy to show off new stuff. Compettive isn't everything, this stuff is supposed to be fun... like, this coming from me since you's don't know me an how hard i am pushing for these to be taken seriously as a gaming hobbie like war hammer and magic the gathering are, but these are spinning tops.... with neat little creatures on them.... it is not THAT deep. There is no money being won at these tournemants... when money is being won i'll care, more about the meta. But the meta also has wizard rod on 9-60 ball being banned and that is wild because my friend an i beat that combo with several baes. The shit is not undefeatable but oh, meta, needs to be banned.......
@ Japan just had the Grand Prix with 1st place being a gold plated dransword worth over 6k so there is money on the line and I always preach rogue picks. I’m all about fun stuff but I enjoy competitive the most.

In case no one's said it already, it's Balance type because the original Dranzer is also a Balance type

Great review!! cool looking bey✨
Try Samurai Sabdr 9-60Orb (or Ball), apparently its a good destabilizer
Cool stadium my dude

We need a Blue Plated with red plastic version just for the Dranzer Vibes

Dranzer S ahh blade shape (jee I wonder why)
I feel like the blade is a re-skin of Weiss Tiger which in my opinion is better and I'm also not a huge fan of the bit beast design.
what 💀
The background isn't white? It's grey?
If the plastic tabs on the blade break, does it awaken?
Perhaps
But it also becomes illegal for tournaments
Only one way to find out
the only use I can see for TP is running two points in my deck at a tournament.
