Never heard of a pev police stop in my city. State doesn't even regulate. No taxes when purchasing. Our city is pev friendly. Pass police in bike lane doing 45 in 35 street they just watch in amazement. Only contact I had with police on the scooter have good interactions. Ride a scooter at your own risk and I have medical insurance.
