Power to the People of Fox Island

In July 2011, Peninsula and its contractors completed a historic engineering fete by drilling horizontally nearly a mile across Hale Passage, under Puget Sound to replace an aging main power cable that serves the community.
This short video shares the history of providing power to the island, starting in the 1930's to the present.

Completed on-time and under-budget!! When was the last time you heard those terms, especially when they pertain to the same project? Maybe we need Penlight to run some government projects! Nice video too.
