I think what we are discussing here is whether corporeal mime is really a new art form, a new theatrical genre, and my point of view is that corporeal mime is a poetic form applied in theatre, not an art form in itself; it is a new poetic approach, but it is still theatre or dance (depending on how you apply it) But as I said, it's a point of view, this is a long discussion that will never reach consensus because each person may have a different view in this regard.
@@projetomimicas I never said mime is a new art form. Etienne Decroux named what he does/discovered le Mime Corporel Dramatique, Corporeal Mime. And since this film is about the work of Decroux calling it something else is nonsense. You can call what you do anything you like, but don't try to change or confuse what Decroux did.
