The song I think is cattle praise mentions the longhorns, color, and which clan they belong! The red horny type I believe milk is so sweet to drink without boiling.
These beautiful cows are called Ankole_Watutsi cows; in Rwanda and Burundi, they are called Inyambo. Yes, you are correct their milk are very good, no need to cook them. Those people singing cattle praise pastoralists poetry are Hima pastoralists from Ankole in Uganda, and are related to Tutsi and Banyamulenge, and also related to Hema from RDC.
Regarding how milk is prepared, it was a very sacred tradition that it would take too many books to explain it; but here you can watch a short video about one of the milk tradition starting at 0:30 sec ua-cam.com/video/WMpkG51nQbE/v-deo.html
@@ahata7245 I never thought Hema are in Drc. See Banyamulenge, Banyrwanda,Barundi and Bahima are related Abatutsi. But remember in my own Sooomaali dialect Ba Tutsi ,Ba Hima, Banyarwanda, Ba nyamulenge all means members of same mother family or families. Ba indicates children of same mother family, actually we call these Bah which is equivalent to Ba in Tutsi cultural ancestry or geneology. So we the Ba families system are proud to be Aba Tutsi. what do you think?
Bro this sounds exactly like how somali poetry is said, the chanting style is the same
