@@VidyaWarrier11 I saw the orange cotton yoga mat in Ishalife.com In the video, you place the cotton rug yoga mat on wooden floor. Have you tried placing the cotton yoga mat on floor made of tiles while practicing the mountain pose?
@@pratushmallik2535 yes! I have not have any issues at all. Quite a few friends also use it without any problems . But a few people do complain of the issue you mentioned somehow .
I have checked with them . They said initial one week, they took a little time to get used to the new material and feel . Now they are comfortable on it and wouldn’t want to go back to rubber 😊
In my experience, compared to rubber, it does offer a little less friction and one may find it a bit slippery initially. But over time, it actually makes the postures more stable. More importantly, the fabric feels better than rubber so once you get used to it, you won't miss the friction of rubber so much. Also, the stitch has evolved over the years so the more recent mats would have a lot more friction compared to the Isha cotton mats from a few years ago..
Once I started using these mats, I couldn't go back to rubber ever again
same!
Much appreciations Akka 🙏🏿
