Hi Samantha, coming from someone who’s having depression and anxiety for 20+ years. I tried the following: Vitamin D daily, walking 10min or more daily, write down one good thing about myself before bed, focus on my breathing for 5min every morning, and of course medication and therapy. Hope you find this a bit helpful, I know your struggle is brutally real, you are in my thoughts. You’ve got this!

Hey Samantha! Consider me an older sister or even Aunty-type....LOL! I love that you can be transparent and say when you are going thru hard because we all do! I know sometimes it's harder when you are opening yourself up to public opinions because people can be cruel. Just know that whenever anyone leaves you a hurtful or negative comment, that is a them problem and that you have more people than you realize cheering you on. The last couple years have been a little tough but clearly you are tougher, even when you don't think so during the tough moments. And not to push any form of religion on anyone-but people from all over are praying for your happines and continued success. XOXO-A big sis in the US

Got my Sephora order and thinking I might return the CT Peachgasm…I feel like the undertone looks funky on my skin tone. And I absolutely most positively did not get my sample lol they don’t even bother throwing in a sub anymore😂

Samantha...you know I went through the exact same thing with my Lily just over a month ago. My job would've allowed me to take time off, too, but I just couldn't do it. One day of not working & I was crying over her all day as she slept, vigilant to every movement & breath. It was not good for me, so I worked through the rest of the time. It helped her rest & keep me distracted. This is going to be hard, as you know, but we are all here for you & Roux ❤
I have that Givenchy concealer in my cart right now & debating on pulling the trigger. How did it wear for the rest

The Pat bronzer will work on you, they apply darker than they look in pan and build up. I have Nirvana and Desert Glow. Sending you good vibes!!

Like someone else mentioned the PM bronzers look lighter in the pan than on the skin. Also Sephora does not carry the entire range. I ordered from the PM website.

Thanks for showing that MU4E powder and Danessa’s blush, I’ve been looking at both. The DM foundation in that same formula is great during hot and humid summer. I use the translucent mostly as a primer. Soaks up the face greez you know! I stopped ordering samples b/c they rarely added them to package. I’m glad you actually got something!

As someone who has anxiety and learning to cope. I have 4 boys and a job I have to be at every day and I’ve learned that for me anyways on my most crappy days that staying in routine and doing my normal routine of things truly helps and helps! Because what you said about not working or jobs not caring or allowing you to stay home is very true. Getting out also helps me. Hope this helps you Samantha or I hope you feel better soon or just have a brighter day soon. Just take one day at a time. ❤❤❤❤ love love loved this video and guess what? You might want to try the Guerlain foundation in shade 3.5N or maybe shade 3W which is lighter but has more of a neutral undertone. I originally ordered shade 3N but I realized it was not really neutral. I was going to get either 3.5N or 3W. I went for 3W because 3.5N was not neutral. The neutrals were pulling with a rose undertones. I claim for everything to get better for you and I. I was diagnosed with onstage 4 cancer but I decided to feed my faith and starve my fears. Remember, God makes the impossible possible. 🙏🏽💯🤗💖✌🏽

I got the Givenachy concealer when it first released I got way to light of a shade its so annoying trying to pick out shades online especially when they swatches look totally different so now I have to buy a darker shade . I bought the Givenachy skincare glow foundation again, I love it I have gone threw 3 and broke 1 sense it came out. I haven't received my orders and 1 was made days before the sale started. I don't have a real Sephora anywhere around me so I can't shade match the Givenachy concealer instore or bring it back it's so annoying to only have 1 Kohles Sephora that carries nothing and what they do have they never restock ware I live and I live at the beach a tourist area u think we would have a real Sephora . I have been intrigued about the MUFE powder and haven't seen anyone review it .

I ordered 3x so far ( not all for me ) and only received so far 1 which I returned the rare beauty lip oils and the injection lip liner yikes !!! My lips had a reaction to it 😢 send the PMG back and get the makeup forever palette !! That’s what I am doing instead of just 1 bronzer ..
