i worked on GF A340 and actually collected a brand new one from Airbus Toulouse in Mid 90s it was lovely to work on except you always felt like walking on an incline in the economy cabin, the crew bunks were under the L3 galley and noisy hard to sleep in but i saw some wonderful places spent a lot of time on NY on lay overs what a great life it was.
I'm sure it was, great memories!
Everytime I go to Bahrain International airport to travel I always see the a340 and when i see it at the gate I just think it says 'WELL WELL WELL'
I remember seeing one of these back in 2009, 2010 or 2011(something arnd those years) here in MNL! :D
Lucky you :) I only saw a few A340's (Iberia, TAP, Air Belgium, Lufthansa) in my life
Rip me I only saw Air Tahiti Nui and Lufthansa A340s
@@azurefire7266 Lucky you, never seen any of those, the only A340s i saw were SQ,PAL, and Air Tahiti Nui only

I wish they still had the B747 767 757 A330 and A340 rn cus now their fleet size is small 😭😭😭😭
1995 looks like a great shot
Yeah... It was still in EgyptAir colors, but at that time when the photo was taken, it was already flying for Gulf Air
