Let me add something MISS UNIVERSE 2021 's Look was inspired from first ever miss universe from india Sushmita sen;s Miss INDIA winning look! even the same hairstyle makeup! and the 3 stars on her hea represented filipino flag and the love they have for indian queens!

it wasn't flat, the note was wrong, it just sounds "out of tune"
but luckily it was only for a second and the Head vocal was used for that note, not the entire vocal phrasing.
