    RIP to all the victims of The Titanic. Human and animal alike.

    J. Dawson might stand for Joseph Dawson. He was apart of the crew as a trimmer and he died in the sinking
    Apparently James Cameron wrote Jack without knowing who Joseph was.

      I read that in the years after the movie girls would go to Dawson’s grave and cry over him because they thought he was DiCaprio’s character. Don’t know if it’s really true but it gave me a good laugh.

      It became majorly popular because of the movie. Not gonna lie, it’s kinda depressing for me as a Titanic Nerd.

    Some people think that place could be Haunted.

      I would have loved to capture some paranormal evidence, been contemplating going back to see if it's possible recently

    John Law Hume was part of the band. His story is heartbreaking. He left behind a pregnant fiancé.

      Humes father was a complete asshole towards his son’s fiancé

    I believe 330+ bodies were recovered from the ocean, the others went missing altogether and became one with the ocean. Some of the bodies were unidentifiable, hence no names on the graves. Where is this cemetery??

    • @Redmayne152
      @Redmayne152  2 роки тому +3

      The cemetery is located in Halifax, Nova Scotia in Canada.

      Why no salute to the passengers? They were victims too. Doesn't matter if they weren't a part of the crew, they were equally human. Also you sound like a bot. What is that gibberish at the end?

    C. Smith, wasn't that the captain?

    • @21jonesky
      @21jonesky 2 роки тому

      Nope. Edward Smith was the captain. He went down with his ship and his body was never recovered, so there is no gravesite for him.

      They made a log of the bodies with the description so families can identify. Recently people have been using these logs and modern dna test to do this.

  • @cama5259

    I wonder if they ever will try to run DNA

      Too early to do that. If the site is under 200 years old it's considered grave robbery and disrespectful.
