This is extravagantly well done. I don’t have anything more to say than that right now, but I needed to verbally appreciate the sheer quality of this piece. Okay, now I have things to say. Would he have met Apollo (and later Athena) - all such incredibly important people in his life? There are a few very important spoilery things that may have never happened too! Wow. Interesting.
Iirc Apollo was already planning to train under Wright until the latter got disbarred, which forced Apollo to join Kristoph's law office. So Apollo would have mostly probably joined Wright's office as planned either way. Same with Athena The main problems would be Zak being alive and Trucy being an Enigmar and never getting adopted by Phoenix. That would change everything drastically imho
Apollo was always gonna join Phoenix, the disbarrement just put a dent to that initially In fact, their relationship would be even better since Phoenix wouldn't have been his Hobo self and Apollo wouldn't suffer the pedestal break he got in Apollo Justice
Actually, the trial would still be inconclusive since Zak would still go "Nah fam, you can declare a verdict if I don't exist" and disappear, he did say to Phoenix that it wouldn't matter how the trial ends... Although I can imagine he would still stay to be declared innocent to not .ake the trial more complicated than it already was
satisfying to see Kristoph fail in yet another way. such a good timeline for nearly everyone (well, except Trucy still has Zak as her dad which i'm not too sure about but here he seems like a more decent person so it's probably fine). great vid as always!
I was wondering where it's from but are we sure this is Soldier? I don't remember him ever saying Objection (Unless someone paid Rick May to do so back when he was still with us lol)
Afterwards, Roger Retinz hires Kristoph to be his sexy assistant, and 7 years later they attempt a double-homicide-frameup on the father-daughter magician duo. The two are unexpectedly stopped by a spirit channeled Magnifi Gramarye, and Phoenix's mom.
Mhmm! Phoenix would still have his badge, which would be quite interesting since he'd also might still have to take care of Trucy? He would have his hands tied with his job and the kid. Overall, great video!
Well no he wouldn't have to cause in this timeline, he managed to get Zak a NOT GUILTY verdict. Thus his client had no reason to pull a disappearing act in front of the courtroom and instead was a free man able to continue to take care of Trucy himself.
TBF, he did it back then cause he was now a criminal on the run and it was safer to leave her behind that take her with him...plus I think he already knew Phoenix was gonna take her in since he told her she could trust him.
@@blastthechaos6083 Zak showed up at the borsh bowl club with the soul intent of ruining Phoenix' reputation AGAIN. Otherwise he wouldn't try cheating. And Phoenix was providing for Zak's own daughter. If Phoenix lost, Trucy would be forced to be the provider for both of them. Wow dad. Way to go
@@richietribe9487 Zak left her with the transferential Rights, which would booster her career making her earn much more money, so it's not like he would be leaving them in a worse situation than before (hell, as the following games show us, she earns more money than all three layers that work in the Wright Anything Agency combined), plus I think he just assumed Phoenix could find another job or smt. And as to ruin his reputation...I mean, the dude IS a cheater at Poker, no ifs and or buts about that, even Phoenix admits that it's only because Trucy he stayed undefeated for so long, which Zak easily saw through, maybe cheating back isn't the "Clean" way but the trial about Zak's death show us sometimes you gotta cheat back.
Judge: I will allow you and your brother to both take this case. I will even allow you to share your trump cards with each other in this series that does not even have discovery. But you cannot object to the accusations against your brother. That would obviously be a conflict of interest.
Portsman can take on Kristoph. He'd put up a good fight... I think, lol. Anyhow, this was a noice video, although I kind of fear for Trucy's life now. :/ Again, great vid!
I doubt poor Portsman would be able to beat Kristoph in mind games, given how he committed a single murder and managed to get arrested a couple hours later, while also exposing his entire organisation 😂 But he'd probably make a good bodyguard for Trucy xD Glad you liked it bro 🤜🤛
Well if Kristoph kills Zak Gramarye and he gets caught and arrested for his murder in this alternate timeline, I imagine that he would have a very clear motive for murder this time unlike in the Apollo Justice Game where he could have gotten away with plausible deniability if it weren't for Phoenix Wright making the Jury relevant again. And I don't think the Judge will let Kristoph off easy this time unlike in the Apollo Justice Game. If Kristoph were to be convicted of Zak Gramarye's murder, I imagine it might go like something like this. The Judge: That's enough, I see no reason to further prolong this trial. Kristoph Gavin, Your motive is very clear. You murdered Zak Gramarye because he got you disbarred when you tried to forge evidence to win a case. This court hereby finds you guilty. Prosecutor Klavier Gavin: You break my heart brother, to think that the day I would have to prosecute you would ever have to come. I had hoped that this day would have never come. Not only were you going to cheat against me by trying to get a not guilty verdict with fake evidence in our first court debut, but you also murder the same man who got you rightfully disbarred instead of accepting responsibility that you requested the forgery and repenting for it. I never wanted to imagine that you forging evidence was true, and you murdering the same man who ousted you as forging evidence is something I wanted to imagine even less. Because of both of your sins and their types, both back then and now, you really don't belong in the courtroom not back then and not now. I loved you Kristoph because you were my brother, but I cannot save you anymore. Goodbye brother.
AYOOOOO I found this channel a few days ago and I just wanted to say how much I love your Objection lols!!!! They're so well-made and WOOOO I can't wait to watch all of them!!! 🙌🙌
This is amazing!! Your work is gripping from start to finish as always, Debastian. It's got me thinking about what would be different. Phoenix continues his career as normal, and Klavier... I wonder what kind of person he'll turn out to be now.
Klavier is an interesting topic. Iirc he had given up on being a prosecutor for some years before he met Apollo because of what happened with Wright's disbarment. Now that it's his brother getting disbarred I can't imagine what he'd do in return tbh, but he'd probably either continue as a prosecutor biased against defense attorneys because of his brother, or he'd quit. Or something like that
@@debastiansebeste Nah, even after his brother was discovered to be a murder he still went on to be a Prosecutor and held no contempt to Apollo for that. Like, it would bother him, but he would probably power through it like all the trauma he got in AJ and wouldn't hold grudges against others for that, Klavier is cool like that
And thus Kristoph murdered Zak and Phoenix had to prove him guilty. Alt universe of AJ prob taking place several year prior since Zak didn’t have to disappear.
I LOVE this what-if scenario!!!!!! I can actually see this taking place in the cannon. I wish this had happened instead if it happing to Phoneix. I'm concerned what the consequences could be for Zak and what Kristoph has instate for him
I can still see how Phoenix would adopt trucy in this situation once Kristoph murdered Zak in this timeline, after the death of his client, Phoenix would immediately go to the scene to find out what happened and of course Trucy would be there, probably being consoled by police and he'd take her in to protect her.
That Black Hearted Attorney isn’t content with simple revenge… I doubt he’ll involve Trucy in this. Considering that he was more than willing to poison little Vera… 💎
Good god. Divergence RULES here! And it looks like Kristoph is doomed to repeat history, one way or another lol. Awesome stuff! I might make my own stuff like this like you do! It can take hours tho, right?
Heh, the TF2 soldier voice quips were pretty funny. But that aside, this is a very well written “what-if” video. All the characters had dialogue that actually matches their personality unlike most other fan-made content by other youtubers.
I had an idea for a new video: The trial of IS-7 with Gregory Edgeworth. This probably will be pretty long so, (if you feel like it) work on this with any spare time you have. ( This would be greatly appreciated ) Thank you.
Is there going to a Part 2? If not I guess let's make a community made continuation. For me klaiver soon talk to phoinex and Edgeworth and review what is going on with Kristoph, then after some talk klaiver decides to join Edgeworth to search for the truth after being lied to by his brother. Soon enough he's a member of Edgeworth's agency and after some early trials he began to see ways he can find the truth and soon enough became a great prosecutor. Anyone else wants to tell their version be free to do it in the replies
Hmm, wouldn't it make more sense though, if Klavier joined Edgeworth since he's a prosecutor? (like how INVESTIGATIONS 2 SPOILERS . . . . like how Sebastian Debeste became Edgeworth's trainee in the end)
@@debastiansebeste sure makes sense I guess you can say he talk to both phoinex and Edgeworth as one is the man who he see battling for the truth and the other the chief prosecutor. Joining Edgeworth's agency's great for all people expect Kristoph but that's besides the point. So I say this is pretty nice ending for klaiver I also change the comment to Edgeworth instead of phoinex.
Klavier+Edgeworth would be a really nice duo... both from a more professional standpoint since Edgeworth is an excellent prosecutor and could be a mentor to Klavier, and also in a more personal way... let's just say Miles knows better than anyone what it's like to realize someone you looked up to is not who you thought they were.
I feel that's redundant since Klavier was always an honest prosecutor who was always searching for the truth regardless if he loses or not. I think that makes him stand out of every other Prosecutor who needs guidance to that path, Klavier reached it out on his own and it contrasts with his brother who only cares about winning and fame.
@@blastthechaos6083 oh you mean if Kristoph adopted her!? Now I get it, omg Trucy Gavin, damn that would make an interesting AU, you're onto something here

Coming back to this I really dont know why Zak makes these stupid decisions to begin with. Seems like he just likes to mess around with everyone. He just doesn't care 😭
Say ever consider a video of a what if Phoenix doesn't present the forged evidence or finds someway to turn things around and present the possibility of Magnifi death being a suicide?
Well, my pal Razor Rat has done a version of Phoenix not presenting the forged evidence that I found quite satisfying to be honest. Here it is: ua-cam.com/video/hfTpoKrm6jA/v-deo.html
Why do I get the nasty feeling that if this AU were to continue, Zak would end up dead and Trucy would be framed as the killer? I mean it's either that or Valant, but I think that Kristoph is vindictive, petty, and cruel enough to frame her because "Wouldn't want to leave your daughter alone in this world, now would we?"
There seem to be a lot of these AUs where Phoenix never loses his badge because one person had one extra brain cell. I've heard even Capcom would rather we forget about this game. Come to think of it, at the beginning of Spirit of Justice, Phoenix claimed to have "more than 10 years of experience" as a lawyer. Sure ya do, buddy.
I wonder if something would bring a good ending for Kristoph. Even with aleternatives he got crazy. Great video tough. I'm always fascinated to get into his head 😁´
Zak is possibly the most nonsensical character in the franchise. Almost every action he did made zero sense. He hides evidence that could save him. He abandons his daughter for no reason. He became extremely violent towards the woman he hired to help him cheat. Basically Zak’s character was one big question mark. It’s like he didn’t know what kind of dude he was.
Y'know I just realized this timeline could end even worse.. *considering it's likely trucy will Wind up being framed or killed alongside her dad in Kristoph's pursuit of VENGEANCE.* My my, Not Debeste Outcome for anyone is it?
I like to play this video after kristoph insanity video specifically when he told Vera about the magic nail polish and after his monologue about proving how Phoenix was joke I played this video
Spoilers for TGAA2. Just some ideas. I love how you portray Kristoph's twisted mindset. Especially in "Kristoph Gavin's Descent to Insanity". Maybe you can add something like Kazuma's thoughts before and during his confrontation with Gregson on the SS Barrablock. Or maybe emphasizing Lord Stronghart's mindset and his actions during the Professor Killings era and/or during the present time when Ryuunosuke arrived in Britain. Either way, keep up the good work.
I'm currently at case 1 of TGAA2 so I'll avoid reading your comment until I've finished the game 😔 But I definitely will read it when I'm done because I'm always open to ideas 😁

The main problems would be Zak being alive and Trucy being an Enigmar and never getting adopted by Phoenix. That would change everything drastically imho
Apollo was always gonna join Phoenix, the disbarrement just put a dent to that initially
In fact, their relationship would be even better since Phoenix wouldn't have been his Hobo self and Apollo wouldn't suffer the pedestal break he got in Apollo Justice
Actually, the trial would still be inconclusive since Zak would still go "Nah fam, you can declare a verdict if I don't exist" and disappear, he did say to Phoenix that it wouldn't matter how the trial ends...
Although I can imagine he would still stay to be declared innocent to not .ake the trial more complicated than it already was
Yeah. I suppose the vid could be alternatively titled "If Zak Gramarye was 10% less of an ass and actually cooperated with Phoenix" xD
If he’s innocent, he could give the rights to Trucy without having to disappear.
@@LizzieourWorld
He knows he is innocent but due to his upbringing with Magnifi, I very much doubt it.
Except he would only do that if he was found guilty, which he wasn't.
Honestly, I thought he was going to commit suicide with the poison.
Nah, he can't leave until he has destroyed Zak's life first :p
I love how kristoph is constantly like angry asf but just going ^_^ anyway
He's a professional 😈
At least he's not blaming Wright.
Well tbf, this time Zak didn't choose Wright over Gavin from the get go, which is probably why Gavin aimed the entirety of his hatred on Zak
satisfying to see Kristoph fail in yet another way. such a good timeline for nearly everyone (well, except Trucy still has Zak as her dad which i'm not too sure about but here he seems like a more decent person so it's probably fine). great vid as always!
I would love to see an alternate story with this plot, it's incredibly well done!
Kristoph was doomed from the beginning
Anyways your videos are great, I love em ❤
Glad you do 🙏
Choked on my spit when you used solider tf2 as Zak’s objection voice line
I was wondering where it's from but are we sure this is Soldier? I don't remember him ever saying Objection
(Unless someone paid Rick May to do so back when he was still with us lol)
Afterwards, Roger Retinz hires Kristoph to be his sexy assistant, and 7 years later they attempt a double-homicide-frameup on the father-daughter magician duo. The two are unexpectedly stopped by a spirit channeled Magnifi Gramarye, and Phoenix's mom.
Mhmm!
Phoenix would still have his badge, which would be quite interesting since he'd also might still have to take care of Trucy? He would have his hands tied with his job and the kid.
Overall, great video!
Glad you liked it Volcanon 😁
Well no he wouldn't have to cause in this timeline, he managed to get Zak a NOT GUILTY verdict. Thus his client had no reason to pull a disappearing act in front of the courtroom and instead was a free man able to continue to take care of Trucy himself.
i have no words this is just amazing, finely written, and the new Kristoph sprites are also AMAZING, THANKYOU SEBESTE
I'm so invested in what'll happen next! Can't wait for a potential sequel!
You rather not leave your daughter alone in this world? I call bullshit...
Yeah, I suppose the most unrealistic part of my vid was making Zak slightly more humane xD
@@blastthechaos6083 Regardless. Nobody should make their 14 yo a breadwinner for two. Even Trucy said she still went to high school
Oh my god Kristoph just cant have a good life whatever happens in that case...
Well, at least he didn't commit any murder and didn't go to prison (yet) unlike his canonical fate :p
Again, great vid!
I doubt poor Portsman would be able to beat Kristoph in mind games, given how he committed a single murder and managed to get arrested a couple hours later, while also exposing his entire organisation 😂 But he'd probably make a good bodyguard for Trucy xD
Glad you liked it bro 🤜🤛
Glad to hear that, welcome aboard 😁
Like, it would bother him, but he would probably power through it like all the trauma he got in AJ and wouldn't hold grudges against others for that, Klavier is cool like that
That was interesting yet thoroughly entertaining.
God all of these posts are so GOOD. Props yet again
Brilliant work my friend
This is 4 times better than actual AJ
They should have went with your idea and then the game would be redeemable
I believe the game would have vastly improved if they had simply written Zak Gramarye to be a slightly more realistic and sensible person
And thus Kristoph murdered Zak and Phoenix had to prove him guilty. Alt universe of AJ prob taking place several year prior since Zak didn’t have to disappear.
Well, to be fair proving Gavin guilty would be a prosecutor's job, like Klavier's
Now imagine that xD
@@debastiansebeste True. But my point was that Phoenix would defend whoever was indicted for the crime.
1:12 and 4:38 I love how Zak’s “OBJECTION” sounds, along with the “OBJECTION OVERRULED!” 4:58
this is surprisingly dark considering Phoenix doesn't adopt Trucy here...
No matter the timeline, Kristoph is fucking Vile...
Damn right, but he always gets what he deserves :p
I LOVE this what-if scenario!!!!!!
I can actually see this taking place in the cannon. I wish this had happened instead if it happing to Phoneix.
I'm concerned what the consequences could be for Zak and what Kristoph has instate for him
You're SO great at this omfg.
First comes the pride... Then comes the fall... Kristoph Gavin in a nutshell
4:58 This is the coolest Judge's line I've ever heard
The judgey can be cool too if he decides to put some backbone 😁
I hope this gets a sequel, this looks like an interesting scenario that could be explored for sure!
kristoph gavin a sad excuse for a lawyer and the starter of the dark age of the law
Awesome Video! I do hope for a part 2 someday.
Good god. Divergence RULES here! And it looks like Kristoph is doomed to repeat history, one way or another lol. Awesome stuff! I might make my own stuff like this like you do! It can take hours tho, right?
Hours at best. Usually days. And it depends on getting in the mood and finding inspiration. But it is worth it so go for it, mate 💪
@@debastiansebeste I'll think about it after University Exams. Would mostly focus on stuff about Sebastian Debeste tho ngl who knows XD
@@godzillayaz understandable. Good luck on your exams, mate 💪
@@debastiansebeste Ty man best of luck in the military servics
Heh, the TF2 soldier voice quips were pretty funny. But that aside, this is a very well written “what-if” video. All the characters had dialogue that actually matches their personality unlike most other fan-made content by other youtubers.
I love your videos so much
Glad to hear that :D
This is art
Thank you 😁
Kristoph's hated in every universe i see
Now i can imagine him and Roger Retinz teaming up against Zak Gramarye
Interesting idea and i love the way you executed it. Love it. ❤
Glad you do, mate 😁
I've been thinking about this, and you seem to be perfectly articulating and express my thoughts! Bravo!
I had an idea for a new video: The trial of IS-7 with Gregory Edgeworth.
This probably will be pretty long so, (if you feel like it) work on this with any spare time you have.
( This would be greatly appreciated )
Thank you.
I haven't forgotten about this idea, don't worry 😅
Wow what for a Masterpiece of a Video. Keep up this great and wonderful Work.👏🏻
This was fun and interesting!
(like how INVESTIGATIONS 2 SPOILERS
.
.
.
.
like how Sebastian Debeste became Edgeworth's trainee in the end)
@@darkacadpresenceinblood yep von karma flash backs
I feel that's redundant since Klavier was always an honest prosecutor who was always searching for the truth regardless if he loses or not. I think that makes him stand out of every other Prosecutor who needs guidance to that path, Klavier reached it out on his own and it contrasts with his brother who only cares about winning and fame.
I wonder if Zak is suddenly gonna drop dead and Trucy is gonna grow up as a corrupt defense attorney....won't that be wacky? Who would even do that?
Enter Trucy Enigmar: Ace Attorney
Lmao let the AUs expand even more
@@debastiansebeste wouldn't it be Trucy Gavin:Ace Attorney in this instance?
@@blastthechaos6083 oh you mean if Kristoph adopted her!? Now I get it, omg
Trucy Gavin, damn that would make an interesting AU, you're onto something here
A really dark one indeed, Kristoph would pull out a Von Karma revenge and she would become as evil as Mr Reus but with the coldness of Gavin. Interesting timeline with potential truly
Procecutors she wipes the floor with:"Wat? That's the most shady lawering I have ever seen and it comes from a 10 year old girl. Am I high?"
And yet another great upload (also just found out you're Greek, which is an honour as a fellow Greek-Ace-Attorney-lover myself.)
Well, Zak is royally screwed now! Can't help but feel worried for Trucy though. Who knows what Kristoph could come up with...?
The future's full of possibilities and suddenly none seems all too positive for the poor Enigmars :/
Zak is the reason why Apollo Justice exist...
Honestly Zak was like "my sole existence is to ensure that Wright gets disbarred and stays disbarred" :p
on mlp ace attorney EOJ case 2 phoenix wright talks about him to Athena
kristoph got bullied too much😭😭😭😂😂😂😂😂
Y'know I just realized this timeline could end even worse.. *considering it's likely trucy will Wind up being framed or killed alongside her dad in Kristoph's pursuit of VENGEANCE.*
My my, Not Debeste Outcome for anyone is it?
Yep. Hence why I didn't continue it 😅
I like to play this video after kristoph insanity video specifically when he told Vera about the magic nail polish and after his monologue about proving how Phoenix was joke I played this video
I made a spelling error it was supposed to be after not before, sorry for the confusion
I want Kristoph to win next time, I want to see what happens.
Well he won for seven years in canon :p
10:43 i thought Kristoph was going to kill klavier
Lmao xD
That ending made Kristoph sound like Shelly de Killer 😱
Destroy Your Live what Kristoph was Planned to Zak Gramarye in this alternative time............ oh my god, that Madman! ............ R.I.P .....
I'm currently at case 1 of TGAA2 so I'll avoid reading your comment until I've finished the game 😔
But I definitely will read it when I'm done because I'm always open to ideas 😁
@@debastiansebeste Noted 👍. Thanks.
Hmmm...what if current timeline Trucy somehow went back in time to this timeline where Phoenix never became her adopted dad?
9:22
Oh no

Would love a part 2
Waaaait wait wait so where does that bring us ? Kristoph murders Zak 7 years later. But Phoenix never lost his badge... The Misham case never happens either... What on Earth does that result in, in the end ? Maybe Kristoph's prepared a lot better to NOT be found guilty of Zak's murder- WAIT NO, actually that trial never happens either. Or at least not with Apollo as the defense... Having lost his position, Gavin never hires Apollo. So then Phoenix hires him instead, by a turn of Fate ? BRO IF ZAK HADN'T FIRED GAVIN THERE WOULD BE NO APOLLO JUSTICE GAME, DUAL DESTINIES'D JUST HAVE TO HAPPEN DIRECTLY LMFAO
I imagine something like that would happen, you're probably on the right path 👌
I think he still kinda of an ass. He had been honest from the start and presented that page, Kristoph wouldn't even have needed to forge evidence
Absolutely true. Zak's actions were completely unjustifiable, it's as if he didn't want anyone to know Magnifi gave him the magic rights, for some odd reason
Nice video! Well done! All characters are based on personas. And I would like to ask, where can I get these sprites from? thanks
I've written their codes in my video's description ;)
my girlfriend's father did the same thing as zak gramarye we played poker i lost he said you have permission to date my daughter at first i didn't understand was the purpose but now do i understand
You know, i felt for 2 seconds that Kristoph might have had a change of heart, or at least was going to try to escape his problems and not hurt more people, immediately followed by death threats to Zak.
now do the trial but kristoph gavin as the hand too heavy on forged evidence because zak hide them all on him have all the true evidence on him do be found not guilty and proof the suicide but chose to just say no i want to be guilty
Great video.
Bro it was fantastic!! If you ever start a Patreon you can count me in!
Wouldnt have happened like this. Zak told Trucy to give Phoenix that notebook page. So Zak wouldnt have been mad at Kristoph for presenting it.
Wrong. Zak never gave anyone the page. Kristoph did. Dunno where you got that from
Actually, can you do one were Valant isn't an asshole and confess to his crime of tampering with the crime scene and that nobody killed anybody?
I know by itself isn't much of a video, but maybe you can do it after the Time Skip so maybe Zak gets his name cleared and isn't snuffed out by Kristoph, then he helps clear off Phoenix name to make up for the mess he dragged him to.
I mean, even if Valant was good, nothing stops Zak from being an ass who leaves Phoenix in his fate as he originally did xD
Nevertheless I'll think about it ;)
1 game of fucking poker
Honestly serious comment now. This would be a wayyyy better intro as to why kristoph killed Zak
Kristoph would finally have a good reason for being a murderous douche xD
