I love that Lockdown is portrayed as this unstoppable force, and I love his AoE design! My only issue with AoE Lockdown is the vehicle mode. It just, doesn't make sense to me! I mean, he transforms into a Lamborghini, but stands at the same height as Optimus Prime. Like, what? I honestly think he should've been a protoform, like the rest of his mercenaries! He only uses his vehicle mode once in the film anyway, and that's for the Texas chase! After that, he just cruises around in his spaceship.
@@notxanthy7685I suppose the big bad does need a vehicle mode in order to sell toys. Although, they could have done a similar thing with Lockdown, like what they did with Shockwave! Or even The Fallen. Which is made up a vehicle mode specifically for the toy, despite not having a vehicle mode in the film.

You are one of the best TF stop motion animators out there to date. Absolutely masterful animation, the movements PLUS the great use of clean, and well mixed movie sound effects made this animation seem like it were a real scene in the movies. I always wanted to know what would happen if lockdown ever fought Sentinel Prime in a time where Optimus let’s SP live. My money was always on SP to be honest, but lockdown always seemed to have a decent chance at winning against SP, especially at range. Thanks for putting this fight into perspective of what could’ve played out if the two did fight.
Wow! This was a surprise to me. Most stop motion videos on UA-cam are not something I care for but I was blown away with this one. The frame rate, lighting, and presentation was top tier hands down. It looked like figures were really brought to life.

The voice is perfect, not only is it almost bayverse accurate, but Lockdown's voice was much better and sounded scary at some times, I wish this was his voice in Age of Extinction.
Yo the shot at 1:20 is very reminiscent of the shot from Dark of the moon when Optimus tackled Sentinel while he was in vehicle mode during the battle of chigago! Nice touch bro
voice acting is smart and good, few lines where the VA's may not have been able to hit exactly, and probs to the VA's getting so close to the voices that im not bothered at all. animation as always is smooth and fun to watch.

Scrappin' epic! i wish you used the bigger Sentinel released a while ago to make the size difference more realistic (OG Ven OS Sentinel). I also don't think Sentinel would lose that easily to Lockdown, but I loved the boss battle theme this had.

Oh yeah, I've watched TF Prime a multitude of times. It's probably one of my all-time favorite TF shows. And yeah, I would have liked seeing Dreadwing and Breakdown join the Autobots at some point. I think they were definitely wasted potential, and I wish the people behind the show, did more with them, and also finish up the character arcs that were hinted at in previous episodes. Also, speaking of TF Prime. I wish they did an episode focused on just the Vehicons, and their day-to-day lives on the Nemesis. Vehicons are actually my favorite parts of the show, and I wish the people behind the show did more with them, than just turning them into a bunch of punching bags for other characters. Also, a little fun fact about my TF collection. My first, and currently only TF Prime toy, is the TF Prime RID deluxe Vehicon

Now, it is possible for Hasbro to return to the TF Prime universe, and explore ideas they didn't do before, like a Vehicon focused episode. The animation was so smooth and I commend your talent for stop motion, I tried when I was little so I know how difficult it really is, especially to get it that smooth. Having said that, you should look into how animators convey speed since they’re just doing stop motion with pictures. I only say this because when the transformers needed to be fast they were slow and that definitely had to do with how fluid the stop-motion was. And it’s always about how many frames go into a scene. In any case great video and you have exceptional talent and patience for this sorta thing.👍 If you want more elaboration I’d be happy to talk more on it.

Love your animation work, you truly make our dreams come true with these figures. I='m just a bit dissapointed due to the under estimation of Sentinel Prime. He easily could humiliate lockdown in a 1v1. His style was so concrete and deceptive. Using his shield to wear down the stamina of his opponent while making precision strikes that led to the loss of Optimus's arm. Truly you are making magic for us, but i cannot totally agree with your vision and handling on speveif characters.

Lockdown isnt same height as Prime.
Lockdown is 22 ft and Prime is 28 ft, the camera angle makes the difference.
Thats why Lockdown looks taller.

Love your animation work, you truly make our dreams come true with these figures. I='m just a bit dissapointed due to the under estimation of Sentinel Prime. He easily could humiliate lockdown in a 1v1. His style was so concrete and deceptive. Using his shield to wear down the stamina of his opponent while making precision strikes that led to the loss of Optimus's arm. Truly you are making magic for us, but i cannot totally agree with your vision and handling on speveif characters.
No I get it you know, but lockdown is a bounty hunter very great agility skilled combat almost killing prime as well
sentinel prime could easily just shoot lock down with his gun and dissolve him to pieces but that would just be to quickly lol
