It depends on your situation. I got US cos I was working in a US school. Got the one for UK once I knew I was moving to UK. Non is better than the other. If you are in UK or looking to move there it makes sense to get the QTS and vice versa.

Yes , you can but getting a license does not guarantee a work visa. You need a job offer to be able to get that. However, it gives you an advantage. You can also use to get jobs at international schools in other countries.

Hi, you do not need to apply for early childhood license. If you watch the video again you’ll see the part where I showed for you to add endorsement. You can choose primary or secondary. For secondary, you can select the subject. Kindly watch the video again for context.
Each state in canada has its license. However, I believe you should be able to do a reciprocity of some sort (that’s how it works in US). Having from one state puts you at a better advantage that someone who doesn’t have any at all.
