Great video, thanks! I just bought the Amaran Spotlight and then saw that Sirui released theirs and was doubting my buying decision. But now I'm fine with it, because for me it's essential to have one, which intensifies the light more.
this video comes at a great time for me as I have a few sit down interview type setups coming up this week 👏👏 I won't have the projection mount admittedly as much as I'd like lol I want to get one one day 👍 but just the lighting setup at the beginning was a good refresher, super clean look as per usual Blase 👏 also quick question, do you normally find yourself using a wide for the a-cam angle and a tighter shot for the b-cam like you did at the beginning here? I'm thinking of going with that, but I sometimes find myself second guessing whether I should do that or flip it. I feel like either could work especially if you're intentional about it and know what you're doing stylistically and all 🤔

Thanks so much. Glad the video was helpful in that 🙏🏽
Ah! This is an excellent alternative to the spotlight attachments. These types of tools are helpful in more ways than one.

thanks! yeah i am always wider on my a cam and tighter on the b cam for interviews. not always as wide as this example but just depends on the project
Great getting to collaborate with on this. Killed the overview and the edit. Pure 🔥
always a blast getting to kick it!
Nice dude love you videos simple and precise.what is the tripod do you use?
i own a few. smallrig freeblazer carbon fiber is the current go to for most things. in my vidoe on it I list some of the others i have used / own
Do you know if this is limited to 300 watt cobs and lower?
That is what the spec sheet says, and my testing seems to confirm that as 300w felt pretty dang hot after running for a while
Friend, which cinema lenses do you think are best to use the xh2s? Rokinon or Sirui Night walker?
I have not used the Rokinons but I do enjoy the night walkers
@@blasepivovar thanks
