Thank you so much, Would you mind post the map for these trails? I like to go exactly same trails you did. I think from Benchlands Trails to Goat Creek will take a while and mostl of time it is uphill and from from Banff back to Montane Traverse also take a while from Banfff, Is it correct? Thanks
