I've done the first one, inspired by 2b2ts valley of wheat I took on to do one in my PS4 bedrock world, it was a savannah biome and it was indeed along process, took 2 whole months but it was a beauty, I lived in a hill like a hobbit and there was 3 massive pyramids and 4 hyjinx (if that's how you spell it) I had lots and lots of seeds left over.
I honestly think Mojang ought to hire people like Trixyblocks to make new randomly seeded renditions of various structures in Minecraft, in the "let's make this thing look cooler" vein he naturally already does, for Vanilla. :-)

There’s a better way to make the Æther Portal: Structure voids. They’re the same as barriers except entities can pass through them.

I made a crop biome when I was younger it’s crazy to think of it that way. It didn’t take me very long but I had stacks and stacks of seeds
