Kelly is such a powerhouse, but she's never disrespectful to her duet partners. I've seen her hold back many times when she could have blown the roof off. She's just such a kind, good person. ❤❤❤
For sure! She’s the best duet partner and anyone she’s singing with she appreciates as an artist and wants to hear them sing and shine! She has great control of her instrument but she started off wanting to be a background singer so she never lost that skill haha

What I love about Kelly’s cover of what was I made for and why it comes across as a song that could have been hers is that she really sings it from a place of her lived experience. I love Billie’s version it’s phenomenal and it definitely comes from her perspective it feels like the first time having that realization which is appropriate for the Barbie movie but Kelly’s feels like she’s been there before she’s experienced this and she is familiar with the feeling and it feels almost hopeful in some ways that she knows right now it sucks but it really will get better some day

I love watching people discover and appreciate KC’s amazing talent! Her covers and her original music are both worth checking out! Some of my favorite Kellyokes are: Trouble Blues, Lost & Lookin’, She Used to be Mine, Falling, Just a Girl, New Attitude, Tell it to My Heart, Fake Plastic Trees, It Was a Sin, etc. I could list way too many if I don’t stop there. 😂 I also recommend checking out live performances of her original songs Sober, Maybe, Just Missed the Train, I Don’t Think About You, The Trouble With Love is, Skip This Part, and Tightrope. Those are some of my favorites. ❤

Yes please, more Kelly! Seven Nation Army by White Stripes is older but darn good, she also released a Kellyoke EP and the full version of Happier than Ever is AMAZING! There are so many Kellyokes to choose from but Save Me, 7 Rings, Breathe Me, Dancing Queen, Beggin’ come to mind. She is such a phenomenal artist and her band is incredible. She does each Kellyoke with very little to no rehearsal because of her busy schedule. One or two takes and it’s done. I mean, who does that and does it so incredibly well time and time again? Glad I found your channel. I look forward to more of your Kelly reactions!

She even has an official cover of it and everything... funny enough i dont think there have been any beyonce songs for kellyoke but they have to be approved by all the writers of the song to be covered on daytime tv by her so i imagine that is why
i think some of kelly's songs from her recent album would be a fun listen but her singing her own stuff is where you run into the youtube dmca stuff sadly

both of them sing the journey song "don't stop believing" pretty well and that not easy to do when the original singer was so good. I would like to see her try and pull off a queen song, cuz as far as i'm aware she's never covered one of their songs and it's obviously quite a challenge when freddy mercury had such a big voice.
