Hello Vincent. In my opinion, you don't have to max your sp recovery passive, just set it to 5. Soul drain should be maxed because it doesn't affect increase stats.
I think its kinda Waste for you to allocate stats on Sp Regen leave it at Lv5 and Allocate the remaining Stats on your LOV and SG for Higher Chance AOE and its better to put lv1 on sightrasher what you need is more FINAL HASTE for you to Cast them much faster
