- Here's PESTILENCE performing 'Land of Tears' and 'Out of the Body' at Hellfest which was held in Clisson, France on the 21st of June 2009. The whole set was filmed.

What the hell is Patrick's reason for not playing his own (not so very technical) solo, which is one of the song's highlights?! I mean, if he's out of practice and can no longer play his own solos, maybe it was too early to start touring!
Van drunens vocals added the chaos, still one of. My fav bands but I'm more into the first two albums
What happened to Marco? He's such an influential player to me!
Just player ? the lyrics and concepts were all his too - why pestilence sucked donkey´s when reunited without him .
Allegedly, his girlfriend told him to sell his gear and stop hanging out with these guys in the mid-90s, so Pat wants nothing to do with him.

All those cool af mysterious/occult lyrics in those last two albums is all him . Not even going to expnd on his abilities as an " organic " creative drummer . Ffs ! Same old ____ isolating you from ALL your loved ones , making your friends HER friends ... changing you, manipulating you ... lol , I think I would rather had stayed in ignorance than having just read that , lol .

They dont bother tuning to original tuning anymore for some reason
@@AS-Stardust yeah if I were in a band I would keep the live tuning consistent with the recording just so it sounds the same and as recognizable as possible for the fans but I understand just wanting to use one tuning live

That was the 1st thing I noticed- the opening riff is one of the heaviest of all time and it just doesn't cut it in that key.

It's a joke when a bands original & founding members leave for whatever reason.& Then u see total strangers who somehow took over & even tho they may be good musicians?just aren't the real & original band?it's pathetic.i ran across this and thought of Sepultura & Terrorizer,bands also no longer with original members & so no matter how hard they try?will Never really be as good as the first.let the band die & start ur own band.arent they good enough to write original music?? guess not,as far as Terrorizer?not one original member is part of that band ?just hijacked by those who can't do it with their own shit??
