Allthough I'm half Azerbaijan I love the culture of Armenia and Azerbaijan and I just can't understand why people keep fighting with each other, instead of learning and interact with each other... like learning from other cultures and try to tolerate others... peace for all Armanis and Azeris. ^~^
This is one of my all time favorite Eurovision entries. To me it proves a point that people vote for countries other than the song itself. If this was from Russia it would of easily got to top five!
Man, the women from Armenia and Azerbaijan are incredibly beautiful. They have such exotic features, as if they are all descendants from a prehistoric beauty goddess :). Every freaking year at the ESC, both countries are represented by some of the most beautiful people I have ever seen. Much love from Sweden
Word of advice, when Armenians start a disussion about Azeris you're descending to Azeri level. Chin up. He just complimented the beauty of both ethnicities. Accept yours and move on.

In my opinion Armenia and Azerbaijan are one of the best countries in Eurovision. And Can Azerbaijanis stop thinking that Armenia stole their culture, Armenia existed way longer than Azerbaijan.
He mentioned it while hosting the ESC 2016. About halfway through the show, he had two previous Swedish winners by his side and asked them to sing their favourite ESC song of all time. He sang Jan Jan :)

Fun (or sad) fact: Azerbaijan investigated 43 Armenians who voted for this song back in 2009. Because of the bad relationship between the two countries.
Eurovision is politically motivated. The Scandinavian countries vote for each other, the eastern block countries stick together, Germany ALWAYS votes for Israel. And of course, they don't let Australia win, despite the fact that we were by far the best song in the competition 2016!!!
Im an armenian but was born and lived in iran my whole life.. just wanted to say that "jan" exists in the language of many countries in that region like Iran, armenia, turkey, azerbaijan and maybe India.. there are many other words like this..
Just had an irresistible urge to listen to this song.
For me, Eurovision is meant for songs like this. :)
