But as 99.99% of English speaking people do NOT speak Hindi and many Hindi people speak at least some English, a logical mind would deduct that the title should be just in Hindi. Guest user account by default hota hai,, esko delete nhi kr skte but disable kr skte hai,,, and Esme read only ke rights hote hai. Guest user apke computer me Kuch changes nhi kr skte.

Do you know the password? If you dont, then try the bypass method or just use the smart card. :)

Search Run in search bar then type lusrmgr.msc in run then goes to users options and enable administrator account then login with administrator account

If you able to login in normal user account then search Run in search bar then type in run prompt that lusrmgr.msc then you find the user folder then go here and change the administrator account password,, but for this process you need to have your laptop administrator account password

I think you have windows 10 single language os that's why you are unable to run lusrmgr.msc if yes then in single language os only single user account is available
my account was actually a user account so it wouldnt have worked

You can't delete main administrator account. You can only disable it.
