Perfect Pearls Fathers Day Card

Ranger Perfect Pearls™: Perfect Pearl, Perfect Copper, Blue Patina, Blue Hydrangea, Zinnia

Instructions:
1️⃣To Make paint with Perfect Pearls, using a Palette knife, scoop some Pearls into the lid of the jar and add a few drops of water with a pipette. Mix with a paintbrush until desired consistency is achieved.
2️⃣Paint the fish on a piece of Black Heavystock using Perfect Pearl, Perfect Copper. Use Blue Patina for the eyeball and Pearl for the highlight in the eye. Set aside to dry.
3️⃣On a 5.5" x 4.25" piece of Black Heavystock, mask all four sides with ½" Washi Tape. Paint an oval shape with short swirling brushstrokes using Blue Hydrangea, Blue Patina, and a little Zinnia to make the underwater scene. Remove Washi Tape once dry. Trim 1/8" off of each side.
4️⃣Fussy cut the fish, leaving a slight black border. Add some details to the fish with a Letter It Black Fine Liner.
5️⃣Use Blue Metallic Marker to write your sentiment on black heavystock and set aside to dry. Glue water scene to a 5.5" x 4.25" card that is top-folding in a horizontal orientation. Attach fish with foam tape.
6️⃣Trim sentiment close to the words. Make a thin matte with some white cardstock and attach with foam tape.
7️⃣Use Twinkle Stickles to make bubbles. Let dry.
