I am a 77 yr old mother, grandma, and great grandma. I miss all the excitement of having kids around so I enjoy watching your Vlogmas so much!! My family all got together for Thanksgiving. We do have some that moved out of town so it was extra special to see them. Christmas is my favorite time of year and Christmas sewing is so much fun. I have been busy with that and will be baking tomorrow. I also participated in a craft fair with a friend so was busy making things for that. It was a lot of fun. I could go on but I don't want to take up too much space here. Merry Christmas and many blessings to you and your lovely family!!

Today's Vlogmas was exactly what I needed for project inspiration. My oldest is flying into Texas from NY to enjoy Christmas together. My favorite tradition is: We all go to the hobby store to choose an ornament, then go home to decorate the main tree together. It’s been several rough years the last few Christmases. I’m finally back into crafting all of your fabrics and quilts and everything you do is absolutely beautiful. I just saw one of my sons who came into town yesterday for the first time in almost 2 years so just staying home with family and doing my crafts is when I’m mostly looking forward to this year.
I really enjoy watching your vlogmas videos. I have been sick the past several weeks so we are keeping Christmas simple this year. But being with family will be all the “special” I need.

This is either my 2nd or 3rd vlogmas and it is so fun to watch, lots of good ideas from you! We’ve set out a goodie basket for the delivery people and are having fun checking each day to see if they took anything. I went to World Market for the first time, it’s a bit of a drive but I might have to browse that store more often now for seasonal things. We are doing Christmas on 12/21 because my daughter and her husband couldn’t take time off in the middle of the week. It’s kind of a nice feeling to know that we will be finished with Christmas after the 21st and can relax on Christmas day. I do appreciate the time you and your family put into vlogmas! Part of preparing for guests was getting my craft/sewing room back under control and organized and I can't wait to start spending time in there this winter creating all the cute fun things that have been on my to do list for a while. Enjoying your Vlogmas. I knit, crochet, embroidery and quilt. Love all kinds of crafts. December is always so busy. Trying to finish hand made gifts. I ordered the Missouri Star Advent box too. I am making a December 2024 Junk Christmas Journal. I am using the numbers from Jenny’s packages to number the days. I am also reading a chapter from Luke each day and writing a short summary of that chapter to add to each page. Each page will also include activities and events such, as Holiday Brunch, Friend’s Tea, trip to see lights at Silver Dollar City etc. so far. Love the journal idea that I saw on UA-cam in November.

I have loved my stitch projects from your shop and the encouragement and recommendation for homeschooling!! IEW has changed our world and really helped us gain the motivation to keep going on our homeschool journey! We will be forever thankful for the day I found your homeschooling blog!! Our favorite tip this year has been to hot glue the gingerbread houses together. We’re doing a first annual gingerbread house decorating competition and I’m so excited to assemble sturdy houses to start with!! My families favorite Christmas tradition is attending our church Christmas Eve service and celebrating Christ with friends and family!!

This weekend we are going with family members to a farm here in Mass that decorates all over the farm with lights and decorations , carolers, fire pits , toasting marshmallows and hot chocolate! It’s suppose to be very cold this weekend but fun! Also doing this week , my husband and I every year make hot chocolate and hop in the car and drive around our town and surrounding towns and look at outdoor Christmas lights and decorations and have Christmas music playing in the car. Me, me, me, me, me! I was just thinking I’d love to have that beautiful fabric and quilt. We are hosting Christmas with our family and decorating is almost done. In the evening we go to our local park and ride the train through the park and see all the donated Christmas displays. It’s for charity. When my kids were young we’d go through the park almost every night after I got off work. We all love it and volunteered for our church to hand out flyers, take train tokens or sell hot chocolate and popcorn at the depot. Thank you for sharing all your holiday blogs and family with us. I'm not as busy. this season because I'm recovering from a fractured rib--it happened the Monday before Thanksgiving. I have a quilt ready to quilt. It was made by my friend's grandmother (my friend is 88!), probably circa 1920-1930s. What a joy! Thanks for all you do.

First time watching vlogmas and I’m loving it!❤️ We are having Christmas this weekend w/my husbands family and then getting through the last week of school next week (I’m a school bus driver and my kids are in 7th and 4th grade) and then we get to enjoy lots of family time and celebrating Christmas!

Wow what a generous give away! It’s hard to pick what I’m liking most about your vlogmos this year. The shopping trip with your mom and kids was great. Jason is so funny I love the tea times. I think I’d have to say my absolute favorite is just getting to see the kids so grown up. Mine are all growing so fast. Three in college this year thankfully still have two littles at home. This year our youngest is three (we started early ended old lol) she has been sooo excited. We went to see Santa, lights at the zoo and we’ve been having a lot of fun with our elf and advent calendars. I just completed my 8th “gift quilt” for family members next weekend. I’ve been really bad about UA-cam lately but thank you for bringing me back. Some will head out right for jackpot(goat/pig show off), some will catch some skiing, and some of us will just lounge at home after the big gathering at Christmas dinner! Merry Christmas! I am preparing to have a houseful at Christmas this year as all my sister's-in-law and their families are coming to our house. We can't wait to see everyone, but we're very busy getting everything ready so your vlogmas content is a nice way to relax in the evening. Part of preparing for guests was getting my craft/sewing room back under control and organized and I can't wait to start spending time in there this winter creating all the cute fun things that have been on my to do list for a while. We are homeschoolers as well, so we took the whole month of December off just to relax & do fun Christmas things as a family. My kids are growing so fast - I love this season & time with them!
I am loving vlogmas! I'll be heading from WI to TN to see my daughter and her family for Christmas this year. It's been a busy year so I haven't had nearly enough time for quilting & crafty things so I live vicariously through you!

We take it super easy in December, as our school year is completed at Thanksgiving (home education for the win!) It's a great time to work on crafts, catch up on reading, and my boys love having free days to do whatever they choose.

Enjoying your Vlogmas. I knit, crochet, embroidery and quilt. Love all kinds of crafts. December is always so busy. Trying to finish hand made gifts. I ordered the Missouri Star Advent box too. I am making a December 2024 Junk Christmas Journal. I am using the numbers from Jenny’s packages to number the days. I am also reading a chapter from Luke each day and writing a short summary of that chapter to add to each page. Each page will also include activities and events such, as Holiday Brunch, Friend’s Tea, trip to see lights at Silver Dollar City etc. so far. Love the journal idea that I saw on UA-cam in November.

Our favorite tip this year has been to hot glue the gingerbread houses together. We’re doing a first annual gingerbread house decorating competition and I’m so excited to assemble sturdy houses to start with!!
My families favorite Christmas tradition is attending our church Christmas Eve service and celebrating Christ with friends and family!!

Hi Erica,,,, love your Vlogmas! This weekend we are going with family members to a farm here in Mass that decorates all over the farm with lights and decorations , carolers, fire pits , toasting marshmallows and hot chocolate! It’s suppose to be very cold this weekend but fun! Also doing this week , my husband and I every year make hot chocolate and hop in the car and drive around our town and surrounding towns and look at outdoor Christmas lights and decorations and have Christmas music playing in the car. Me, me, me, me, me! I was just thinking I’d love to have that beautiful fabric and quilt. We are hosting Christmas with our family and decorating is almost done. In the evening we go to our local park and ride the train through the park and see all the donated Christmas displays. It’s for charity. When my kids were young we’d go through the park almost every night after I got off work. We all love it and volunteered for our church to hand out flyers, take train tokens or sell hot chocolate and popcorn at the depot. Thank you for sharing all your holiday blogs and family with us. I'm not as busy. this season because I'm recovering from a fractured rib--it happened the Monday before Thanksgiving. I have a quilt ready to quilt. It was made by my friend's grandmother (my friend is 88!), probably circa 1920-1930s. What a joy! Thanks for all you do.

First time watching vlogmas and I’m loving it!❤️ We are having Christmas this weekend w/my husbands family and then getting through the last week of school next week (I’m a school bus driver and my kids are in 7th and 4th grade) and then we get to enjoy lots of family time and celebrating Christmas!
Vlogmas is always fun! I’ve been sewing handmade gifts and decorating while my grands are out of town. They are 2 & 3 and love to sew which means I don’t get much finished when they are here. Have a blessed Christmas!

Wow what a generous give away! It’s hard to pick what I’m liking most about your vlogmos this year. The shopping trip with your mom and kids was great. Jason is so funny I love the tea times. I think I’d have to say my absolute favorite is just getting to see the kids so grown up. Mine are all growing so fast. Three in college this year thankfully still have two littles at home. This year our youngest is three (we started early ended old lol) she has been sooo excited. We went to see Santa, lights at the zoo and we’ve been having a lot of fun with our elf and advent calendars. I just completed my 8th “gift quilt” for family members next weekend. I’ve been really bad about UA-cam lately but thank you for bringing me back. I’ve been logging in at 8:30 every night to watch and you’ve reminded me of how much I enjoy all of the quilt’s videos I’ve always loved to watch. I can’t wait to see your new kit coming out in Jan. Merry Vlogmas! Love these! The grandkids are headed in from out of town. Some will head out right for jackpot(goat/pig show off), some will catch some skiing, and some of us will just lounge at home after the big gathering at Christmas dinner! Our biggest tradition is that each gift is handed out and opened so we can all watch! It has taken hours but has become more manageable as the kids get older.
