So... Shakey has released ALL of his music for FREE (pay-what-you-want) the past 2 years on "Shakey Graves Day" (I paid for it). That means he allowed everyone the chance at downloading his stuff for no money, at least twice. I gain nothing from this, no money, no ads, etc. I'm just trying to spread his music.
If Shakey Graves or his record company wanted his music to be on UA-cam, it would be trivially easy for them to put it up, just like you did, but they didn't. It is not your right or place, as a fan, to spread his work without permission. I understand your reasoning for doing it, but it is his domain, as the artist and businessman, to decide how to release his work. Do think that it just didn't occur to him to put his songs on UA-cam? He almost definitely deliberately chose to not put it up this way, and the most respectful choice would be to not share it against his wishes.

As much as I like free music. Shakey did take this full album stream off his Band Camp page. Which means he's actually trying to get people to buy this instead of listening to it for free. So if you like his music please buy it. Also, it would be great if Pete Schmitt would respect that as well and remove this album from UA-cam.

1 album is 10,this ep is $7 which is still very small cost, but the other one is name your price :) so only 1 is actually free.. If people couldn't get some music for free a lot of musicians wouldn't even get themselves heard, youtube is a good thing and anyone that is very into it would go and buy it eventually anyway.
