Man, that was really well done. It's one of my favorite movies and one of my favorite scores! I'll never forget back around 1989 when I found the Varese Sarabande vinyl of the Goblin score. I never stopped listening to it! I love this version because seeing you play the parts allows me to focus on some of the little details I missed hearing it without that visualization. I also liked the choices from the film you put in the edit, that was a nice touch. Nice work all around.
Thanks so much! Yeah I love this film too, and I can't imagine the film without the music by Goblin! Films back then had such a special atmosphere to them, and I think that was largely due to their musical themes. I'm tempted to do the Suspiria score too :D

Theatrical release was best over all, but extended cut had some good scenes and the Euro version had a leitmotif thing going on where humans were scored with stock music and the zombies were scored to Goblin.

Great job Reuben! I got the chance to meet Goblin in St. Pete, FL and hung out with them. Maurizio gave me his set list and I had it autographed. I play too and can play the whole song. I'm a bit off on the intro chords. Is there any way you can provide the chord progressions? Or do a video showing it? Thanks!
Thanks Amodio! The intro chords are all the same shape shifted around, if I remember correctly. From C the chord would be C, C#, F, G, C. PS, sorry for the late reply.
