When I dig garlic chives for trabsplant I put the clumps in a bucket of water. They separate easily that way. I got enough transplants to plant an entire 4' by 8' raised bed from just a few clumps. That bed was able to supply three markets and 4 Vietnamese restaurants for the rest of the year. I used a pressure sprayer to remove the dirt from the clumps after they soaked for a few minutes.
Do you sell Gai Lan (Chinese Broccoli) on your website? I looked for it but didn't see it. I thought it might be there under a different name or maybe I misspelled it. So I thought I'd ask.

We cannot wash the roots or they will be rotten during shipping
