It is disgusting. Every single one of my United friends (me included) know you were robbed. Like you said it isn't a slight against Tottenham, it isn't their fault but Spurs fans should enjoy the win but also come together with every other team to call out this absolutely mental incompetence.

I believe we should sue the premier leagues VAR and officials, and declare this entire game as fraud. After the PGMOL statement relating to the disallowed goal by Luis Diaz, Liverpool FC should demand that the disallowed goal is retrospectively added to the result, or the match result is deemed null and void, and the match replayed. Otherwise there is no material accountability. How can a goal be disallowed but not reinstated when the decision is proven and admitted to be an error.

Not a big fan of Liverpool, but the decisions were so bad you have to ask if there is something else going on here. There is never an excuse to not PROPERLY review big decsions on VAR. There needs to be some changes regarding reviews.

This is exactly what happened with Casemiro last year. Foot rolls over the ball, catches the player high and VAR don’t show the full picture, just the contact. the usage of VAR is criminal 👎🏼

PGMOL should release the verbal footage of their debate on the ghost off side but they won't. They've admitted error an apology don't wash imagine this happening at tail end of season when relagation or championship at stake.

never seem to get any reprimand? The only time that I am aware of where a referee was reprimanded for his actions is when last season a referee struck Andy Robertson. Why does it take these extremes for any action in the Premier league? With the amount of red cards we’ve been given in the last few games, let’s say I’ve noticed a trend. I literally hate to think that there’s any underhandedness happening with football, but it does seem to be more and more obvious that an overhaul of the PGMOL has to be looked at by UK government, or whoever would handle that kind of issue. Decisions like we had only the season cost players time on the pitch, points, which end up affecting the entire season. I am a dedicated Liverpool fan but a player first, I want to see a fair game, played honorably, understanding that human error occurs, but when they do occur, there should be correction. Yes, you can turn over a red card that doesn’t change the match that affects the points that affects the league.
This match should be cancelled. Replay due to way too many one-sided wrong decisions...This smells...Not only the red cards and disallowed goal. There were many more insidents that went in Tottenhams favor. Shocking bad...

VAR seems to follow this game around look at last year :- Skip was lucky to stay on then Jota nearly decapitated him but stayed on and to add insult to injury Spurs had come back from 3-0 down only for Jota to score the winner in the last minute.But the biggest DISGRACFUL decision was VAR awarding a PENALTY to LiVAR pool a in the first minute of the Champions League Final.
But I agree VAR is destroying our Football.

Craig, your criticism of the ref himself is DEAD WRONG. Today is on VAR, not him.
He wasn't the one failing to draw the lines for the Diaz goal.
He didn't give jones a straight red, he booked him and then got led down the garden path by VAR again with the still image and then the slow mo replay.
The second jota yellow was a clear one.
So realistically the only complaint you can have is the first one, and if he thought there was contact then he has to give a yellow for stopping a counter, but that first yellow in itself didn't change anything massively until Jota was silly a few mins later
Liking your own comment is kinda lame which only served to add to the rest of the nonsense you just posted - the ref was atrocious and can make his own assessments, he still failed to make the correct decisions.

He should NOT have given Jones a read card after the yellow, he is in constant contact with the VAR officials, HE can request what is played back and if needed, in real time - that was the ref's error, Jota didn't even catch Bissouma for the first yellow and was given on, that was the ref's error, he then compounds the situation by issuing another yellow card instead of warning the player, that was the ref's error.
