idk all i know that it was a long time ago and that it took a lot to rebuild archive... mine rbuilds in 1 sec
Denis9ROCKSTAR what kind of machine are you using to get that type of speed? I need a new hard drive, I can only get my speeds down to a minute or so.

Theres another program other than IMGTool. Its called Alci's IMG Editor. To me its pretty fast and pretty easier to use. It also have a feature "Import(remove is exists)" that will import the files and replaces existing ones automatically

i remember using this method of modding in gta san andreas, the game had too many mods that it made my computer lag a bit XD lol and now im doing it again :D thanks for the video though.

yes, you need to open an image file. When you rebuild your archive, it will lag and that is normal so don't worry.
@SkitFult remember you have to go and select an img file such as gta3.img right click it go to open with then click img tool after that you go to commands then add.

when i click Rebuild archive i wait it and after that it says Archive rebuilt 100 secs. and i wait it but it doesn't changing

Is it possible to replace more then one file without having to do always the same? Because it takes very long when you have downloaded a mod with very much files
