Meet Rummi! She was tied up in a really dirty and smelly bow.
Soil and mud all around. The food also stinks. The chain is very short, dirt everywhere.
She tried to escape but was completely unable to. Rummi did not have a hut to hide from the rain and storms.
The dog was extremely happy to see us. She folded her hands and asked for help... She hugged my hand and didn't want to let go. Who doesn't cry when seeing this scene?
Rummi was welcomed home.

The oneswho put this dog in this situation should be made to tolerate these conditions, just so they get the message. so sick of seeing people get away with this. There is no excuse for this treatment, only abject disregard for this poor soul. And yet again they get away with it. So glad this dog was taken out of this hell hole, and given the chance of a better life. The owners should be made to contribute to its rehabilitation and care.

I’m so sick 🤬 and tired of this kind of situation with the fur babies..! I would like to have 5 minutes to the person who did this .. to put that precious baby and that situation.. in rain, hot, all kind of stress no probably good food or even water .. to see if this scumbag can handle it ..
