Excellents goûts en musique, excellent jeu, et une guitare qui a de la gueule... (je suis arrivé sur ta chaîne suite à ton commentaire sur la dernière vidéo d'INTERVALS haha) Bravo en tous cas !
Hey, made it myself : the gtr is on the center of the stereo mix, so you can remove it the same way you do a backing track for a karaoke, Split the stereo to two separate tracks, center them, Duplicate one of the two tracks, Invert phase on the duplicate, there you are, You might play with eqs before the phase inversion to choose which frequencies you remove Duplicate one trac
Great playing and a lovely guitar, But I nearly couldn't bring myself to click like............ You're the type of person PRS throws in your face when you ask them why they don't build lefties ;o)
Seulement 1200 vues ? Pour une cover d'une telle qualité c'est vraiment dommage que pas plus de gens n'en profitent! Gros GG en tout cas, c'était nickel.
I'm really struggling with the muting sound (between the notes on the D string) at the beginning of the lead. When I mute the string and pick it, it still has some overtones (or harmonics?) that come with the muted string sounds, wonder how you can make it sounds clean?
How do you mute your string? I mute the strings with my left hand on this riff so now string can ring :) Aaron often use his left hand to mute and not palm mute. If you are already doing this then only pratcise would make it clean. Pratcise with either no gain or full gain helps detecting errors depending on your problem, try both and find what's sounding odd :)
great cover (actually helped me a lot with some passages) and awesome result on your hand made beauty. I'll subscribe to follow your work. congratulations
I 'm interested to learn about the neck on your beautiful guitar and the science of the frets? How do you create a fingerboard with slanted frets such as yours? I am building a baritone guitar with a 26" 3/4 neck, how would I meaure out similar slanted frets and what or how does it effect playing?
Jeff Gillis you can use fretfind2d to get all the values you need to draw your neck on your fretboard. You just have To choose your parrallel fret and your "range" : 25" to 26,5" in my case :) for infos about plating just check some companies that built minuscule guitars (Ormsby, Aristides, Skervesen, Casimi Guitars... :))
Lucas, thank you for replying to my inquiry. Since yesterday I learned after watch your video that this is a called fanned fretting and used to create a multi-scale guitar neck that, as you know, has many advantages. www.ekips.org/tools/guitar/fretfind2d/ This is so great, thank you!
I am also considering the addition of ghost Acousti-Phonic & Hexpander MIDI interface system, ideally so I can play acoustic guitar as well as cello and french horn too. So far I've not found anything newer or more versatile that adds such an array of dynamics to an electric guitar. Have you heard o this? www.graphtech.com/products/brands/ghost
This is the dude that fills in for Aaron if he’s sick. Incredible.
Haha wish i would :P thank you!
