just buy the 200 if you're a beginner. don't go with numark because getting used to pioneer's record box is better on the long run since better controllers use it. And the Sb3 just packs a few features over the 200 and is not worth the upgrade your better off using that money on something else.
This video was to the goal 😄😍 iwas just decided to get one thanks man I decided to go with Dj sb3 Since I can connect it with my iPhone or my iPad I will use it for mixing and even vocal recording 2 🎤💓 Thanks man
You say that any of those have an inbuilt soundcard - I've read in an amazon review that the DDJ-200 actually doesnt have an inbuilt soundcard and that previewing works only using special "split cables" in mono. AFAIU this is not the case with the even cheaper Numark?
You said at the start they all had sound cards and rca output? Just picked up the DDJ 400 rather than the 200 as I thought the 200 didn't have an in built sound card?
First rate review, detailed and informative. I am debating between the Pioneer DDJ-SB3 and the Numark Mixtrack Pro FX, it'll just be mainly for mixing/beat matching mostly. Which one would you recommend based on quality. Thanks in advance.
Not recommended for gigs but it is fun for small parties and at home. It is good for a beginner. But it's main function is the fact its able to be used with phones and tablets instead of just a laptop like most gigging controllers.
@@BestOfMozzie Bro, I'm also buzzed up between Hercules impulse 200 and Pioneer Ddj 400! I can't able to decide whic one should I go whith...cause, currently I don't have much money to spend and also on the other hand I'm not sure if Hercules controler will last me long cause, I'm very serious about becoming a DJ!!
I have Serato DJ Pro. What is the cheapest but effective controller you will recommend that I can use for parties? Looking at family/friend events and pubs for a start.
The Numark party mix is great and it's only $100 order it from amazon. The light show is a plus for a room,I use it for streaming mixes from home. Great sound and fun effects, and the cross fader is butter.
The DDJ-200 has an adaptor that allows you to output to a sound system and comes with it "Built in sound card" may have been inaccurate but you can connect the DDJ-200 and output it to a sound system if needed. Thank you for pointing this out though, we appreciate your feedback! That being said the DDJ-200 is not a controller designed to be used for a "Gig" and we do not recommend it for that.
@@idjnow-gear-up dude you still said it had a built in sound card which is false, people who are new to the game will likely take your advice as rule, you cant say one thing in the video than another in the comment section.
i wouldnt recommend the party mix, after maybe a month you'll realise that you need a better one i recommend the hercules inpulse 300 im gonna buy that one next

I realize that now after. I have the 200 and (IMO) there's not enough options on that device itself to mix on the fly, because you have to fidget around with a tablet/phone too much.
I played two club gigs from my partymix, killed it

Hello G David,
the one you can connect with your smart devices is the DDJ-200. the DDJ-SB3 nd the NUMARK PARTYMIX will require the laptop.

Numark party mix is compatible with serato dj. easy pick

The SB3 is still in stock! Comes down to brand preference at that point. Give us a ring to place your order. :)
im planning to get ddj-200 is it good for a beginner dj and do u recommend this for gigs ?

Get good with it at home and small events then upgrade later on to the ddj400 for gigs

Can the DDJ-SB3 stream music from Spotify with Bluetooth? I don't think you spoke on that.
No the DDJ-SB3 cannot stream Spotify via Bluetooth.

Mixtrack Pro III would be a slightly better controller as far as functionally goes.
I ended up with the numark platinum fx, excellent controller
Great! Hope you're enjoying it :)
do you need external speakers for djing in numark party mix?
yes, when you connect it to the laptop theres no sound coming out of the laptop so yes you do need external speakers
They are not necessary, as you could output audio directly from your PC if it has internal speakers, etc.
Do ye ship worldwide?
Hey David, no we do not ship worldwide, but you can always setup a freight forwarder and have them ship it to you!
ddj400 is the best
