That’s why it’s more common for them to have twins or triplets/quints. Realistically the FL should only have multiple babies in a pregnancy if she’s tall.
The satisfaction i felt from this✨i love how smart the FL was after reborn and how she didn't go out of her way to get revenge which might have impacted her relationship with ML , they just kept provoking her

I'M 40 min in so far Good, FL is Smart, Brave and beautiful, so as ML. Although, FL is Chasing her husband because of Scum EX is a usual trope but Seeing Smart Leads who know how to fight against bullying is Rare. PS: it's a good drama, leads are smart except (some minor) things. Mother-in-law is 😃👍. This series is a mixture of every trope out there, such as reborn, hidden identity, FL being more green tea than actual ones, etc. overall watchable not too much drag talking (except some point).
A very good drama ,the timeframe is 3hrs and it provided many plots❤❤for that timeframe .Fl is beautiful and Ml is handsome and love the family members too .And green teach but&h always goes to extreme and then when they didn’t get results they always blame fl😂😂 anyway,mother is a traveler too and her daughter too and I think even her daughter too will travel in future ❤

I liked this reborn drama and the interaction between the leads was really good. I will say I wish they would explain more how the leads were estranged in the previous life. The ML's family took particular care of the FL growing up because of the FL mother in particular. The leads are shown in a childhood interaction so they were playmates. FL makes a comment that she misunderstood him in the past life towards the end but they go to the point of needing to divorce, holding a wedding and only after the FL leaves him and elopes in the 1st life. How did they get to that point? I mean she had a good father figure even if step mom and sis were evil. Even with their manipulation ending things with the lead should have been less dramatic in the first life, and again I wish they would explain why she would want to hurt him so much (I don't mean just not wanting the relationship but her behavior was unkind in the first life.) Also I often think the FL's have to be completely blind for how evil the SML and steps end up being in these things. Though step sis betrayed the SML too even though he couldn't accept it so .... The FL worked to make the ML trust her again, worked to build their relationship and her own strength ...again lots of super identities that make you wonder how they were so weak the first time around. The dramas where it is an adopted sibling love interest that they run from makes more sense than one like this where they had a childhood friendship, no social stigma, same ages, I just wonder how it got to that point in the first life as the step mom should have been a more frequent influence than the ML's mom just for living situation but with her guilt she should have had more influence as nothing is mentioned about a poor relationship in the first life. I realize Cdramas need you to not think too much but I still wish they would give the motivation for the choices in the first life more as the SML is often obvious garbage.
