What is ROBLOX? ROBLOX is an online virtual playground and workshop, where kids of all ages can safely interact, create, have fun, and learn. A microphone can't lag your computer. Even on bad PC's, it does not change the performance at all.

Just letting everyone know, if you do set recording format to MP4; you could run into problems because MP4 files are unable to be recovered in OBS. I prefer to set the format into MKV, and use a converter to convert into MP4. But either way, MKV and MP4 are great recording formats.
Under Advanced you can enable Auto Remux where OBS automatically makes MKV files into MP4
