I believe I have undiagnosed OCD and watching you talk so openly and candidly about your OCD over the years has helped me a lot. I have to wonder though, why you continue to work with and promote Better Help despite their shady business practices. I’ve never used Better Help myself, but I’ve seen many people- patients and therapists alike- talk about their experience with Better Help. It’s really disheartening to see someone who is such a big mental health advocate routinely work with Better Help which has shown time and time again that it doesn’t have the patients’ or therapists’ best interests at heart. Again, you have done so much good for my mental health and have helped me come to terms with parts of myself that I denied even existed for years. I know you’ve impacted so many others in a positive way too. I just think it’s a bit dangerous to be promoting such a sketchy and disingenuous business like Better Help. If you’re unfamiliar with what I’m taking about, I highly suggest you do a little research into their controversies over the past couple of years. Love you and love your channel 🖤

Betterhelp has been very very publicly known to be a horrible company who doesn't actually help people with their mental health, they sell your information to advertisers and the therapist on their are not licensed and have actually traumatized people more.

I was so obsessed that I told myself I had to talk only in sentences of 5 or 7 words so we could get married. Now I realize that was probably ocd that still to this day is undiagnosed. Fast forward almost 2 decades later.. last night I had a dream I finally got to meet Nat Wolff and he was so into me and I thought to myself “I knew it! All those years of talking in sentences of 5 or 7 words paid off, I am finally going to marry Nat Wolff!” 😂 I don’t think my mental health is ok right now 😅

I thought this (and all) of your videos are really funny and enjoyable and help me a lot :D Why do you recommend betterhelp specifically? I am just wondering from a viewer perspective because aside from advertisements everything I have seen about betterhelp is problematic. I have heard that it could potentially lead to and create the commercialization and like TNC-ificiation of therapy in a way, and that really scares me as both a consumer and a potential future therapist. I have also heard that many of their therapists do not have a professional composure about them, but again this is all only things I've heard and not what I've experienced, as I have not used betterhelp before. Everything on the internet seems to be problematic though, so I would like to hear your perspective on it if you see this comment at all!
