This touched me like crazy. Going through a rough time and I was able to touch a front desk worker at a hospital where I was visiting a family member. I was so depressed at that time, but something told me to speak to this front desk worker and soon enough I began motivating her and encouraging her. God sent me to speak to that woman when she was down and confused with herself. Even while I was depressed I still had the power in me to encourage someone else! I love this video so much. It’s impacted me like crazy and has given me confirmation to continue on with myself!

I had postnatal depression after my daughter was born almost 3 years ago and I went on a journey of spiritual awakening and learned that loving myself was the most important thing I could do. Whilst continuing to help and love others it helped build me to a person I’m happy to be. I love myself. I am love.

My self care, self healing, my goals and dream are gone. My PTSD is at its worst, no short memory, executive impairment it’s real bad. I’m feeling hopeless, worthless and unlovable. Self love means loving you even if your own family doesn’t. Its hard to admit that family will only call when they need you, but will not answer when you need them. I’m learning to love my self over anything/anyone says/does.
It’s sad but true that family can be so abusive that it tears your heart apart from disbelief that the ones meant to lov you , really hate you 😢 I’ve had to seperate from most all of them because of emotional abuse. I am working with myself everyday n I prepare my days to learn a positive thing about myself to help others. I am so sorry for not loving myself more n now I know that whoever wants to be with me will be with the next me ever! I need me in check n I need to produce more of me to give others through my actions. My actions led up to self sabotage n I lost trust w others but now conquering strategies so I gain confidence to get to an unapologetic level n rise up without needing validation cuz if I validate myself I don’t force others to say nice things to me but they can feel good around my self image ’

I am working with myself everyday n I prepare my days to learn a positive thing about myself to help others. I am so sorry for not loving myself more n now I know that whoever wants to be with me will be with the next me ever! I need me in check n I need to produce more of me to give others through my actions. My actions led up to self sabotage n I lost trust w others but now conquering strategies so I gain confidence to get to an unapologetic level n rise up without needing validation cuz if I validate myself I don’t force others to say nice things to me but they can feel good around my self image ’
