One item each is allowed so 1 iPhone and 1 Macbook wasn't a problem even with boxes. You can add an Airpod and an iPad too.
As long as you're buying them for personal use and not resale(3-4 iPhones together), kuch problem nahi aani chahiye. :)

Can I pay custum duty for that ?
If you're carrying just one iPad, it shouldn't be a problem and generally, they don't ask for customs as you can explain it as a gift. If there are too many sealed items, then it becomes difficult and customs will be charged.
To be sure, you can just open the box and keep and customs won't be asked for.

The prices should decrease as a newer version has launched, it could go down further to 3000-3500AED.

There's technically no difference anymore, but people always think Japan version is cheaper.
Yes, I got a US variant though and they do have those in stock. Check for model A2483 for iPhone 13 Pro and A2484 for 13 Pro Max, it will be mentioned on the box. Those are the US variants.

Google "check coverage iphone", open the first link, enter the serial number(on the back of iphone box) and yahan batayega iphone activated hai ki nahi.

How can i reach to that shop
The shop is City Choice Dubai in Meena Bazar. You can either take a cab or a metro to Sharaf DG station and then it's close from there.

I would have, Tadar but I'm already back in India now! Ordering from Dubai will attract tax and customs so it's not worth it.
Plan a trip or ask a friend who's coming back from Dubai, those two are generally the best options. :)

Yes, there are 2-3 Planet Tax counters at the airport(both before and after the security check).
You need to show your purchased item and the bill of purchase. To be more precise, you pay 5% VAT and get back 4% refunded in AED cash(on the spot) or directly in your debit/credit card(within 4-7 working days).

How vat is refundable?
As per Dubai rules, tourists don't have to pay VAT. So, most of the stores have a planet tax sticker that they will stick behind your bill. When you show this sticker at the airport while leaving Dubai at 'Planet Tax' booth, you will get the VAT refunded to you in cash(instantly) or in your Debit/Credit card through bank transfer(takes 4-7 days).
Sir in what price did you purchase iPhone 13 pro in Indian Rupees?
3650 AED ~ Rs.76,000 approximately. (VAT was additional which got refunded at airport)

All international debit and credit cards are accepted everywhere but forex fees can be really high(2.5%-5%) so my suggestion would be to get a forex card(Niyo or Fi) for longer trips.

Depending on where you buy from, some stores get it from sources or sell shady where they can't offer a VAT return. :)

1. Depends on where you buy it from. From the official Apple Store? No. From some stores in Meena Bazaar? Yes. Always ask them.
(They'll give you a bill with Tax Planet sticker, show this at the airport while leaving Dubai to claim your tax back)
2. Show your Dubai bill at the service center like you would show your Indian bill and that would work. :)
