Thanks for posting. Always been ironic to me that The era that rejected ballads may have produced the greatest one. Andy Wood and mother lovebone wrote one of the greatest songs ever.
Great videos you shared, all of them. Thank you. What about the women that seem to be constantly talking near you? Gosh . - Anyway, focusing on the good: PEARL JAM! YOU!
BEAUTIFUL SOOOO BEAUTIFUL 💙 MOTHER LOVE BONE WAS AMAZING! RIP ANDREW WOOD HE WAS DEFINITELY A ROCK STAR 🌟💫🌟💫 KEEPING HIS SPIRIT ALIVE!! PEARL JAM HAS A HEART OF GOLD 💛 MAKING SURE ANDREW WOOD STILL IN OUR THOUGHTS!! INCREDIBLE PERFORMANCE BY EVERYONE. PLEASE DON'T SAY ANYTHING NEGATIVE IF YOU DO YOUR DISRESPECTING STONE AND JEFF, KEEP THAT IN MIND!!! I LOVE MIKE FREAKIN MCCREADY INCREDIBLE SOLO AND JEFF'S BASSLINE!! THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS AWESOME VIDEO WITH US TOTALLY APPRECIATE IT!! GREAT JOB FILMING!! 😊💓🤘✌️BEAUTIFUL!!
I'm thinkin that Andrew Wood would be pretty pleased seeing this from the heavens above. I was extremely fortunate to have seen the musical DNA/earliest/most intimate performances of Pearl Jam's gene-sharing bands Deranged Diction, Green River, Mother Love Bone, Mookie Blaylock during the mid-late 1980's and, into the very early 1990s...even sharing a couple of stages during those pivotal years between 1984-1989. I know that Pearl Jam has performed this live a few times since the late 1990's/early 2000's but I'm completely impressed with how authentically strong (emotionally and musically) this particular performance is. Stone and Jeff have a long historical connection to Vancouver and I think that gives this performance a bit of extra passion and fury. You can almost FEEL the otherworldly connection between the two of them in their body language and in the closeness of their physical proximity to each other during this performance. You can't really fake that.
I will cry if they play Crown of Thorns in Melbourne, Australia. Eddie sings it so well ❤
