Norbert Nicolas keep in mind that it’s php 1,000,000 which is around 20,000 US dollar. It’s still a huge amount of money but if you work part time and save money for months/years then i think it definitely would be possible to afford it.
If your English is good, you can go to Japan through the JET program or other ALT agencies (interact, bison, heart). If you are not confident about teaching English, there are "internships" where you basically go to a vocational school in the Phils, or go through an agency (like jellyfish and dove) and if you pass the training you'll be sent to Japan to work for up to 3 years.

I wonder how hard it is to get accepted in a Language school because I just turned 30 and I actually never went to college (I immediately started working right after HS) Recently I thought about going back to school and actually learn something but I don’t have any inspiration and since I’m a huge fan of Japan, I thought I could go there, learn the language and find something I actually I want to do in my life

My mom lives in Japan and wanted me to continue my schooling there but what if I can master Japanese by myself, is it still required to go and graduate from a language school
Hi Mark! Thank you for watching. Attending a language school as far as I know is not a requirement to go to high school. I think what may help your case is if you talk to the school directly although I'm not sure if they can sponsor your visa. If you can get to N1 by yourself it would make adjusting to life in Japan easier I think. Although you should also focus on output as much as you do input. :) Just my opinion! Better to ask the actual high school.

I wonder how hard it is to get accepted in a Language school because I just turned 30 and I actually never went to college (I immediately started working right after HS)
Recently I thought about going back to school and actually learn something but I don’t have any inspiration and since I’m a huge fan of Japan, I thought I could go there, learn the language and find something I actually I want to do in my life
Hi! I think it would be best to ask the language school directly :)
Thank youuu ♥️
Z Tn Hope this helped! Please feel free to share :)
Hello! Need pa po ba na mag take ng N5 bago ka makapag enroll sa language school? Thank you! 😊
Hi po best if napass niyo na po yung N5 :)
Thank You for the video po ate... new subscriber here po
I was just gonna ask if I graduate from a japanese language school will I be able to continue my Senior Highschool in there? My mom lives in Japan and wanted me to continue my schooling there but what if I can master Japanese by myself, is it still required to go and graduate from a language school
Hi Mark! Thank you for watching.
Attending a language school as far as I know is not a requirement to go to high school. I think what may help your case is if you talk to the school directly although I'm not sure if they can sponsor your visa. If you can get to N1 by yourself it would make adjusting to life in Japan easier I think. Although you should also focus on output as much as you do input. :)
Just my opinion! Better to ask the actual high school.
@@heidisarol Thank you po for your time and effort :)
Kaya mo yan! がんばれ!
Hi mam new subscriber po I’m planning to study in Japan after my working visa finished I have a question po regarding on my diploma do you think I’m eligible to study at language school even I’m not graduate on Kto12 system I’m only graduated on high school old curriculum 😢please enlighten me mam I have school narin po napaginquire and my big thoughts if I’m eligible even I’m not 12 years graduated
Hi po! I think it may be better to discuss this with the school mismo since I don't have any experience with that :(

hello po ate. i want to ask lang po kasi i really want to study in Japan and my dad is a Japanese citizen, he lives and work in Tokyo, so i just want to know whether it's better to still apply for an agency or just let my dad look for a language school in tokyo for me.
Hello! If your dad is a Japanese citizen it may be easier to apply with his help instead. I recommend UJS :)
@@heidisarol thanks ate! i really appreciate the reply.
Ofcourse!!! 🥰💓💘
Mam, thank you so much for sharing informative news 🙏I'm following you regularly because Even I'm planning to study Japanese language in September 2023 intake and then wanted to study master's in Artificial intelligence 🙏 Could you please say me that Germany vs Japan which is best to settle mam 🙏🇮🇳🙏
Hi! Thanks for your comment. I have never been to Europe so I can't say much about where to settle down. :(
What’s your advice for people from foreigners taking a master’s degree in japan? - i’m from the Philippines
Its always a plus if you study Japanese :)
What part time jobs did you take while studying there?
Can v find part time jobs in Japanese with out know much. About Japanese I apply for tochigi
Yes you can. I first worked as hall staff in a restaurant before I found an office part time job :)
Maybe tone it down on the background music. I can barely hear you
have at least 1,000000 hmmm....I think study to japan will only be a dream
Can i reach out to you? If ever i have some questions? 🥲 btw, your videos are so helpful, and great.
Hello po, been following your videos because I’m planning to study also in Japan Language school. I signed the contract with Jellyfish already. I will undergo nihonggo class for 170 hrs. Hoping that Japan will open there boarders next year and hopefully I will get my COE and approved visa.
For the sponsor it will be my Auntie and I hope its fine. Im currently working in a bank for 6 years and I will quit soon to focus with nihonggo class. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 God bless
You can do it Hannah!!! I hope your visa will be approved. Good luck and all the best! ☺️😍💓
Hi, was just wondering if you pushed through, and how was it? :) I am talking with Jellyfish currently.
@@scarasmooches yes Im here in Japan already since last year. Thanks to Jellyfish. im still a student now. ☺️
@@HannahImamura thank you for the response! how long is your program po?
@@scarasmooches 1 year and 9 months po 🤗 july batch po kasi ako.
when will you get your Naturalization?
Haha I hope to reach PR status but it takes 10 years in Japan or so I've heard. :)
Thanks for sharing! Yung salary ba nung part-time job enough for the monthly expenses? Do you need to find a job before the student visa expires?
Hi po it depends on how you spend your money. For me nakaya kahit paano haha pero super tipid po. To answer your second q, yes, ideally :)
I applied for april session im waiting for coe. I also submitted all documents from october . Its really lengthy process
How did it go! I hope you got it :)
@@heidisarol no! Its denied. Im waiting for reason.
@@nomansaleem3064 Hi, may I know if you applied with the advised 1M in the bank? I think jelly mentioned it can be 800k at least but I don't feel confident ever since I watched Heidi's video that it requires 1M. Hope you reply, thank youu
@@popurica7253 no! I had 2M yen in account they gave me detail but its different its about japanese certificate should pe montioned at least 150 hour, short spelling mistake in bank statemnt,
@@nomansaleem3064 I see, thank you for your reply. It's helpful to know that those things need double checking. Hoping for the best on your next application if you still plan to. Thanks!
Is it required to pass N5 first before going to Japan?
Nope! I think you just need 150 hours of Japanese studies :) I took N4 when I got here
Hello Heidi!
Worth it ba mag apply ng student visa this year? Makakahanap kya agad ng part time job. Lalo na at pandemic
Hi Liezl! I think it depends on you. Baka mas mabuti kung 2022 nalang para mas safe. Japan closed its borders again and tumataas yung rate of infection dito so, to be safe it might be better to push it back.
I see. Actually nkapagpsa na ako ng papers sa isa mga agencies here in Ph. Katulad ng sinabi mo sa vlog sobrang daming requirements and I’m losing hope na especially sa sponsor’s documents and fees na rin.
Anyway, ingat jan sa Japan. Maybe I’ll just push back nalng my application.
Thank you for your reply. Super appreciated. God bless!
Hope you can study here ! :) Oo sobrang dami at matagal yung waiting process.
Thanks for your comment! Stay safe.
Hi Heidi! I also applied through Jellyfish and I'm currently studying Japanese before I (hopefully) go to Japan this October. Thank you so much for the informative video. I hope I can get that COE I'm kinda worried about that part haha. Anyway, god bless and hope I'll see more videos! 😊
Did the October intake pushed through? (In line with our current pandemic situation)
How many years did you have to attend language school?
Have you heard about shinjuku heiwa language school which is in Tokyo
I’m preparing to go to JPN and attend language school but I’m not sure which school do I have to choose. BTW, I will be 19 in 2022.
Thanks for your comment! Depends on your program. Some schools offer 2 years.
No I haven't heard of it :(
makes 2 of us have the exact same stuff going on
nice!
Hi, I am currently applying sa Jellyfish. I already had my documents checked by the agency but there's one problem we encountered. Upon checking my aunt's income they said that it isn't enough to sponsor my study, so now we are trying to find solution to this problem. Do you think it's possible to get two sponsors? Will it be a reason for me to get denied of COE? Huhu it's super stressful. I hope you see my comment. Thank you! God speed 🙏😊
Hi Iris! Thanks for your comment. I'm in no position to give advice since I haven't been in your position nor do I work for Japanese immigration but what I can say from my experience is that it might be best to find one sponsor in close relation to you who can be the sole sponsor :) Don't stress about it too much Jellyfish is there to help. Good luck and please keep me updated!
@@heidisarol Thank you so much for responding. We talked to the japanese staff and they said that it's okay to have two sponsors as long as they're relatives. They allowed my aunt and her husband, they're currently residing in Japan. Hope it all goes well 🙏
Thats great to hear! Hope you get to come Iris! 頑張って👍
That's a lot :( I need to save more I guess
Do you need take the JLPT before applying for this or just have a background of studying Japanese beforehand?
Clare Dela Rosa hi Clare, thanks for your question :) I think its highly advantageous if you have N5! Its a great stepping stone. Jellyfish issued a certificate for me confirming the hours I put in since I didn't take the JLPT at that point.
Man, the music was so loud I couldn't hear anything 😩
Im so sorry!!! D: I should add subtitles...
@@heidisarol No problem. It got better 😀
im sorry but maybe next time u should lower the sound in the back
Your school name?
Her name is MIA Khalifa
Music is so irritating 😒
So, 99% of Filipinos will not qualify for this.
can you remove the background music please
Nxt time please fix the background sound it's so irritating, can't even understand what u r saying wind is too strong
Seriously!! Didn't understand what are you saying....
For me the BGM is quite okay but I think the volume needs to be lowered a bit. Or maybe don't use BGM at all
I have a frustrating experience. Not knowing where to begin or hitting a plateau can feel demoralizing and make it hard to hit the books and study like you know you should…Having friends from other cultures makes me more creative. In fresh ways about space and how people create their own world and environment. It is best way to connect between creative thinking and cross-cultural relationships.
