- The plaintiff was enrolled in the defendant's driving school, but on the day of his road test, the defendant left the plaintiff without a car. The plaintiff had to enroll in another school at the last minute to use their car for the test. The plaintiff is suing the defendant for a refund. The defendant insists the plaintiff arrived to the test at the wrong time, so he denies owing.
Great customer service is a lost art and I hate that 😢. Glad the Plantiffs won!!!

@@kkthedrummer8999 the case is about principle and how the customers were treated. Whether the plaintiff should be driving is a different matter. There are many people out in the world driving that have failed multiple times and in our opinion shouldn't be driving. Great customer service is hard to come by and I compliment every time I receive it...

Hot damn. Judge showed out for them 👏 👏. I was like why they didn't sue for the cab and the new person they had to pay to use their vehicle. This is probably one of the best cases I've seen on peoples court.

I believe the plaintiff, his true colors showed when he realized the case wasn’t going in his favor. I’m from NYC so I can only imagine that jerks attitude towards the situation. His demeanor even showed he started laughing, than gonna get arrogant at the end talking about he’s the best in the business. I bet until everyone sees your ignorant butt on TV now and decides to go elsewhere 😂😂😂

Does anyone remember when everyone’s name address and phone number was gathered up, printed in a book and thrown on literally every residents and business’s porch? What’s the big deal? If you don’t like someone calling you, block them.

Yeah if it's not your number don't hand it out without permission. You're crazy. If it's your number you get to choose how it's used.
Except for the fact that even back then you could pay for your number to be unlisted, as in private not in the phone book the only way you're getting it is if I give it to you myself! Cell phone numbers are essentially unlisted private phone numbers, you bet your ass I'm going to be fuming mad if someone from my place of employment just gives out my number to every Tom, Dick, and Harry that asks for it.

The town where I live has the bestest DMV. It's never crowded, the people are friendly, professional and efficient. It's a pleasure to go there.

Harvey, once upon a time I was in the Canadian equivalent of DMV all by myself, getting my license renewed (the weather was bad) I apologized because i take terrible pictures. The woman told me not to worry.....when they're having a bad day, they wait til the person looks terrible, then they take the pic. It cheers them right up, she said.

Wow super happy for the plaintiffs. Absolutely adorable couple. Husband seems sweet and he got himself such a loyal, kind and soft wife that defends her man's interests no matter what. I'd be so embarrassed if I was the defendant. He needs to do better.

I had a driver through a driving school that was horrible. I honestly should have believed the google reviews but there was also another instructor who was great at teaching. Unfortunately i got him. Not only did i spend money for 3 out of 5 of those lessons were him getting us stuck in expressway traffic and me waiting on his order after taking him to the restaurant and him being late the two, they kept cutting my 2 hour practice short. Then had the nerve to "kick" me out saying i was not taking it seriously. Him and his wife went on to say that I'll never get my license and I'm poor driver and they were the owners. I got my license.
I have been watching judge shows for decades. I think this has to be one of my favorite episodes. It's a shame the defendant couldn't get her point through his thick skull. But the judge understood and her ruling was delicious.

It’s very sad how many Americans take advantage of immigrants when they come to America 💯 the defendant’s behavior and demeanor is despicable and I believed everything the plaintiff’s wife said……. They definitely made some racial comments about her husband and I agree with the Judge’s ruling on this case it was totally fair ! They should go online and write a review about the defendant’s driving company he makes all of us look bad 💯 he had no empathy or remorse for what he’s done to this man and it’s horrible !

Well the DMV here is a hassle, because they closed down several locations. Do it online, by mail or at a kiosk whenever possible. Their appointments run at least an hour behind.
ALL DMVs are a hassle. I live in a small town and I do not drive but I need a state ID...it took five hours, the line was outside.

I’d really like to know what “type of people” this jerky defendant was referring to because he sounded very biased to my ears!!! The plaintiff was being a law abiding citizen, plain and simple! I’m glad JM awarded them all of their money back AND she should have given them the cab fares too! I wouldn’t trust the defendant to teach anyone how to drive!

The man the defendant and Plaintiff have to talk to after the case is over gets on my nerves. He ask some ridiculous questions, especially after the people have loss their case.
Who are these types of people. I believe he said the derogatory things the plaintiff said. Judges ruling was correct and left me wondering how many people he has done this too.
Right! The way he said at the end, “I deal with these kinds of people all the time.” What? Nice, punctual people who are diligent and on the case? He’s not any of those things, and took no accountability. Sees nothing wrong with his unprofessional conduct. So, yeah, he’s probably done this plenty of times.
